I did not mind that the decore and furniture were old but the shower was really dirty on the base and bottom of the screen and a thick layer of dust on the skirtings. There we thick cobwebs on the outside of the kitchen window too. Place needs a deep clean by professionals."

"It was a very hot weekend so the solitary aircon really struggled to cool the rest of the house. Stove was really old and would have appreciated some instructions on how to use that or the pizza oven. Bbq ignition button didn’t work either. "My husband & I had a great week away staying at Orchard House. We couldn’t fault anything. Check in & communication/response was excellent. We arrived on a hot afternoon & the air conditioning had been put on for our arrival which was really appreciated. The house was a magnificent home away from home & very well appointed. It was perfectly clean & well maintained. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to beautiful Beechworth. A"
