Exceptional! We had a wonderful stay at On River Time. This is a special home in a special town, truly a unique vacation spot. The house and property were perfect for us. We loved the relaxed feeling of the home and its outdoor spaces, especially the fire pit, river seating and front porch. The host was great and the house was equipped, even for our grandchildren. We could have stayed on the property the whole time and enjoyed ourselves, but the town and surrounding areas also offer plenty to do. It’s only a 10 minute walk to several restaurants, a small grocery store, and a park for children (and outdoor music if you’re lucky)! Lots of hiking right outside the front door and much more within a short drive. We explored a lot and think it would be hard to find a better location than On River Time in Redstone. We hope to go back!

Home away from home

Thank you SO much for our third stay at On River Time. The house is still beautiful, clean, and the neighborhood is still wonderful and quiet. We’re impressed with all the new stores and businesses on the street. LOVE the boulevard and barrel addition. We came for our fifth wedding anniversary, this time we brought our in-laws and our five year old daughter. She ended up making friends with the other girls who live in the neighborhood and had a fabulous time at the park. The backyard leads right onto the river and the adrenal chairs are perfect for chilling and watching the natural environment. The mountains are wonderful, the street is wonderful, the house has everything you need, everything is easy to use. You just feel good being there. Thank you again for having us. We look forward to returning.

Perfect Riverside Getaway

This is our fourth time staying in this home for our annual family trip. This home has a welcoming vibe and it's easy to settle in. The host has thought of every detail! We always make fun memories playing yard games, hanging out on the river bank and making smores at the fire pit. If you're looking for a family getaway in a quaint setting, book this house!

White Christmas in Redstone

We are repeat renters to Redstone but this was our first Christmas here. It was magical! The house was decorated for Christmas with lights, a tree, and stockings (Yes, Santa found his way down the chimney!). Redstone village and the Inn were decorated as well. Ice skating at Ron’s rink and sledding just across the Blvd on the road up to East Creek made for perfect holiday memories. And snow on Christmas Eve! Just perfect! The house as always was clean and comfortable. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

One of the best VRBO homes we have stayed in! So clean, adorable decor, extremely well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, back yard right on the river. Beautiful scenery everywhere and close to Carbondale for groceries… We enjoyed several meals at the historic Redstone Inn. What an enjoyable place to stay!

Great location for a peaceful vacation

We love the river front location and ideal floor plan for 5 adults. Two eating areas is perfect: one for puzzles and one for eating. The home was very clean, linens were comfortable and the kitchen is well outfitted. Thanks for a great stay - we've already made a reservation for next year!

Terrific Thanksgiving Weekend

This house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It was perfect for our family. The location at the end of the boulevard and on the river can’t be beat. Close to the shops and activities but still private. Beautiful views from every side of the house. We even got to experience the Grand Illumination, Santa and hot cocoa at the Inn on Friday. We definitely would stay here again.
