    This newly refurbished condo features an open floor plan with a comfortable living room overlooking the golf course and a spacious dining room with vaulted ceilings. The well equipped, updated kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. This welcoming space is perfect for gathering by the fire and reminiscing about fun filled days spent exploring the Roaring Fork Valley! This home is a true angler`s paradise with miles of private fly fishing in the Gold Medal waters of the Roaring Fork River and 8 miles of private creeks and well stocked ponds! 1 fly fishing badge is included in your stay!

    The spacious bedrooms, both with updated en suite bathrooms, can comfortably sleep up to 6 people with a queen size bed in one bedroom and queen size bunk beds in the second bedroom.

    Whole Foods, quaint shops and a variety of stores are a short drive away. If you prefer to treat yourself to a night out, take your pick from numerous excellent nearby restaurants in the Roaring Fork Valley.

    IMPORTANT TO NOTE
    THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited. Disregarding this Rule will result in a fine.

    Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Protect your vacation with RentalGuardian in case of cancellations, emergencies, and more. Specifics will be provided in your confirmation email so you can get started and travel with peace of mind.

    Though this home doesn`t have air conditioning there are fans for your comfort.

    In order to complete your reservation a lease must be signed and returned within days of booking.

    Only fly fishing is permitted in all waterways at The Ranch. In order to fish at The Ranch, a Fly Fishing Guide Registration form must be completed and returned to the office. 1 Fly Fishing badge is included in your stay.

    Parking is for passenger vehicles only. Park up to 2 cars in tandem in carport. There are 6 EV chargers in the parking lot near the sports courts.

    RVs, trailers, OHVs, dirt bikes, and boats are strictly prohibited from the property.

    There is no mail delivery to this unit. If you need mail delivered please have it sent to the Carbondale post office.

    If you have a large group, please contact us so that we can help you find accommodations for everyone since we manage several properties at the Ranch at the Roaring Fork.

    Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

    • Extra person charge of $20/night applies for more than 4 guests.

    • Pets not permitted on the premises.
    •Special events or larger gatherings are not permitted, maximum of 6 guests.
    •For security purposes the exterior of the property is under 24 hour video surveillance.
    • A limited stock of basic guest supplies are provided to start off your stay.
    • A drip coffee maker is provided. Please bring your favorite ground coffee as it is not supplied.

    HOUSE RULES
    A. Guest is responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Guest Rental Agreement, are followed.
    B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall rent this property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
    C. It may be requested that Guest take trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal, and not before, per the Guest Guide located within the Property.
    D. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
    E. Additional persons above the maximum occupancy of the home may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
    F. Guest is responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by Guest.
    G. Guest agrees not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
    H. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
    I. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
    J. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
    K. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
    L. Guest may not bring a grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
    M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without written approval.
    N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
    O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
    P. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
    Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
    R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time.
    S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
    T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure.
    U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, Guest shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.

My family had a great trip staying in this VRBO. It was close to Carbondale, Aspen, and Glen Wood Springs which we utilized for a lot of activities. The place was clean, had lots of space and was well stocked with everything you would need. The surrounding area was great, we rode the bike down to the river and around the surrounding area.Would stay again if we came back to the area and would recommend this property to friends.

This is a great two bedroom condo in a convenient location in Carbondale with easy access to Aspen. The condo is clean and comfortable and in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

This property was very comfortable for us and was located close to family we were visiting in Carbondale. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Although we didn’t take advantage of the bikes and fishing opportunity, the equipment provided for those activities looked very appealing. Communication with owners/manager was excellent.

Even better than expected

This property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and cozy and right on the 9-hole golf course! Everything we needed to have morning coffee and cook was provided. The community was quiet and had hiking access to the roaring fork river and fishing. Bikes were available for us to use which was a great perk to tool around the property. We found a gem in Carbondale! We will definitely be back!

Convenient location

The unit is well appointed and provides all the necessary kitchen needs for being able to prepare a great meal.Getting to Aspen or Glenwood Springs is a quick and easy drive. Very comfortable for a two couples.

Beautiful retreat close to Aspen

The condo was comfortable and covenant for our week in Aspen. Directly on bus routes but off the highway enough for great sleep after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals.

Great place for a family!

We really enjoyed our time here. It was clean and homey. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own bathroom. It was warm upstairs and hard to keep the window open at night because of road noise, but other than that it was a great stay!

Basalt and Aspen Close

Two friends and I stayed here while on a motorcycle trip. On arrival the condo was clean, parking and check-in easy. Our only problem which was quickly resolved was missing laundry detergent and it did not cause any issues. The management was very responsive. We enjoyed watching the geese later in the day as they moved around the golf course. All appliances functioned as noted in the listing. The unit is located close to either Basalt or Carbondale shopping areas and grocery markets. I would definetly consider staying again if in the area.

The condo is beautiful, spacious, and very clean! The location down valley is excellent, on bus stop and easy to get to Willits and Carbondale.
