The main floor primary suite features a private ensuite bathroom, deck access, and a four-person steam sauna—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The main home also includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, a second bedroom with a queen bed, an office with a queen sofa bed, a comfortable living room, dining area, and expansive deck spaces ideal for gathering and enjoying the views.

The property also offers two private guest suites:

Pinyon Suite (separate entrance)
Includes a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, and living room with a queen sofa bed—ideal for couples or extended family seeking privacy.

Juniper Suite (separate entrance)
Features a bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette for a cozy, self-contained stay.

There is also a residence and treehouse on the property that are not included in this listing. Other occupants may be present on the property. Interaction is minimal, but we want guests to be fully informed.
