Enjoy your meals sitting by the river and cooking on the gas barbecue. Rare 3.15 acre private property at river level. The greenery and foliage are beautiful April through mid November. Enjoy 55" TV garden and pond view while relaxing in oversized leather arm chairs next to the fireplace in the living room. Cooks have access to your own fresh herb garden barrel June-October. Easy access to ASPEN, Snowmass, Buttermilk, Highlands and Sunlight Ski Resorts just minutes away and an easy drive to Beaver Creek and Vail Resorts. Access Gold Medal Fishing, we have two beautiful resident 24" and 20" Browns who live along our frontage, just outside your bedroom. Numerous golf courses to choose from nearby. Sleep comfortably before a day of Skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, riding, fishing. or hunting River rafting available in Carbondale and Glenwood Springs. We have dozens of ducklings each year and they follow us around in the mornings. There's plenty of parking and we do accept RVs. They can hook up for $40 per night to hot and cold water and electricity.
Soak in the Jacuzzi under the stars in the evening (fireworks not permitted). Sit around the Fire Pit and watch the logs glow in the dark, (fire wood provided). Cyclists can access the bike path that runs adjacent to the property. Hikers have closest access to Carbondale hiking trails on Redhill Mountain (Mushroom Rock, Blue Ribbon and 3 Gulches). Gaze at Mount Sopris from the higher ground on the property. This property provides all the modern creature comforts and conveniences. Bring your non-aggressive dog(s). Dinning suggestions: We recommend the Village Smitty for breakfast, Homestead at the River Valley Golf Course for a dinner outside (pets allowed), El Korita for the best Mexican in Willits, Jaffa for the best Croissants next to City Market in El Jebel, The White House for family meals and Pizza in Carbondale, Tempranillo in Basalt to sit outside and enjoy Tapas, Hickory Smoke house for BarBQ in Aspen, Pine Creek Cookhouse for a something out of the ordinary (but a bit expensive). Need to really relax get an amazing facial at Tresses Salon in Glenwood, want a bit of a laugh at night try the Glenwood Vaudeville Review in Glenwood Springs, for a more private hot springs try the Iron Mountain Hot Springs. If you want to visit either Marroon Bells or Hanging Lake (no pets allowed) make sure you make reservations and we suggest going as early as possible as it can get very hot. Want to have fun snowmobiling try T-Lazy 7 up near Aspen. Alpine Angling in Carbondale will take you down the river float Fly Fishing. Feeling like some fun and adventure visit the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. Stop and visit Redstone on your way to Marble and visit the whitest US marble quarries that were used to build the Lincoln Memorial.
We are happy to provide cleaning, cooking, and shopping for a fee. The home is beautifully appointed with all of today's modern conveniences. Large screen HD TV's in the living area and the bedroom. Two electric fireplaces. A modern kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave. Nespresso latissima coffee and cappuccino maker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, fondue pot, waffle maker, slow cooker, high speed blender and fresh citrus fruit squeezer (great for making skinny margaritas). Full size washer and dryer. High quality cookware and table settings. Wi-Fi connection. Dish TV package, Netflix, Amazon Prime. We have 2 dogs Spankytoo and Sassy, currently very disobedient and they LOVE everybody and they get excited very easily. Do not feed the dogs please.

Additional guest requires a 3 nights minimum thus $129 minimum for using the second bed even if the guest only sleeps at the property 1 or 2 nights...if guests stays somewhere else for a night or two they will still be charged for those nights. Pet $22.00 per night per pet (max 2 friendly dogs). Aggressive dogs are not welcome! We charge a $105.00 cleaning fee.
