Very clean and beds super comfy. 10 mins down to beach or train station via narrow wooded pathways, with steps in places. 30 mins or so walk to St Ives depending on your fitness/walking speed. We did this most days and often walked back too; again steep in places but lots of benches to catch breath if needed. With Carbis and St Ives there’s always an uphill (often steep) walk at some point but totally worth it for the views. The house has fantastic ones. Tesco also...

"Lovely, spacious, well-equipped farm cottage. Easy walking access to some stunning beaches at Carbis Bay and Porth Kidney. Friendly hosts, friendly farm dogs, farm eggs… We loved it!"

"This was our second time to the property. Perfect location for Carbis bay with it's beautiful beach and train to st Ives, with all the amenities it offers. The apartment is perfect for a small family, recently renovated. "
