Property is great with a stunning, convenient location to the beach and the adjacent resort - especially since we were hosting a wedding next door at South Seas resort. Since we were paying for the wedding, we got several passes for South Seas to use their facilities which was a bonus even though we also rented beach chairs and umbrellas (but we ended up using the South Seas chairs and umbrellas instead). I also rented a few bikes for exercise and getting around. The size and number of rooms worked out great for our family. The large kitchen and living room as well as pool and backyard design was great for views, use and entertaining. The drawbacks were for the price of the rental, the number of items not working or not great quality was many. Beautiful fountain in entry was broken. The front pond and pool had a leak so I was constantly putting a hose into the pools and jacuzzi to add water. A few front windows were shattered but still staying in place. Jacuzzi tub in master bath didn’t properly work. A chair was broken on arrival that we informed the management about and they fixed. And, the cleaning crew supplied industrial single ply toilet sandpaper to every restroom that we immediately had to drive back out to the grocery store to replace or risk getting a rash from the courseness. So, besiides a few nonworking or missing items, it was a beautiful, convenient place that truthfully made the vacation and the subsequent wedding event special. So, it still got 5 stars!
