The condo is beautiful. Spotless and in a perfect location. The sunsets from the comfort of the balcony were AMAZING!! The golf cart was a wonderful addition. We went to all of the restaurants and grocery store, everywhere in the golf cart and it was so much fun!!! Thank you very much Marcus, we will be BACK!!!!

Last minute trip

The unit was as advertised with the exception of a missing blender. When I contacted Marcus (the host) he responded immediately and gave us the go ahead to purchase a new one and reimbursed me as soon as I sent him the receipt.The unit was well stocked and even had a washer/dryer in the unit. Comfy mattress and really clean and well-maintained unit. I would definitely rent this again.

The Most Amazing Vacation

This unit is perfect for an island getaway. The home was spotlessly clean, stocked with all amenities one could need, the view was breath-taking, and Marcus was a perfect host. This location is perfect for easy access for all that Captiva has to offer. Additionally, having the golf cart was a HUGE plus! Highly, highly recommend this property.

Beach vacay

We had a lovely stay! The check in process was easy, the place was clean. I thought the additional murphy bed in the living area was a great bonus! The only negative I will say is that the vent in the bedroom rattled very loudly, I'm sure it's something that could be fixed fairly easily, it didn't bother my husband, but it kept me awake. Overall, we had a very nice time and would stay again!

Second time here

This is our second stay here. More and more activity as the island recovers. Really enjoyed the local restaurants and Jerry’s was a great place for groceries. Sunset views are amazing from the porch. Pool is great at the end of the day. The golf cart is the way to get around. Rented a boat at Jensen’s and went to Cabbage Key and surrounding islands. Awesome stay, thank you again Marcus!

A little down time

We had a great week in this beach condo and on Captiva Is. Marcus was very responsive to any questions and timely in updates to ongoing repairs to the elevator for the building. It was finally completed just before arrival and the crew was still working on the 2300 building when we left. The condo is clean, simple, and has just enough cookware to make a couple of basic meals. We did make use of the vacuum for the inevitable sand being tracked in. There is still reconstruction going on all around the buildings with some minor noise and disturbances, nothing to ruin the stay, we still enjoyed our time on the Lanai. The Captiva and Sanibel area is a quaint, quiet, and laid-back area to visit, though Sanibel is more congested with traffic. The golf cart was great for short trips to the restaurants and the market where parking can be a premium for other vehicles. Thanks Marcus, we’ll consider your place again for a future visit.

Captiva Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay! Access to the beach and 2 community pools was incredible - just steps away. The golf cart was very fun and convenient getting around town. The unit had everything we needed - full kitchen, washer & dryer, beach supplies, extra pillows. There was a problem with the golf cart the first day but Marcus accommodated us with an alternative until it was fixed. We will absolutely stay again!

Perfect get-away

Our objective for this trip was to have no agenda. The place was perfect for just the two of us. Captiva is walkable but the golf cart was way more fun. The condo was well appointed. In my opinion, having a few extra blankets on hand for tv watching and a small vacuum for the sand that gets tracked indoors…and a pizza cutter 😊 … would be helpful. The bikes listed were not there, but bikes can be rented. Overall, our visit was wonderful and relaxing. The beach, or course, was breathtaking. We will definitely visit here again.

Great beach location

The condo is in a great location and close to all of the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and it’s a really nice pool on the property. The owner was super responsive, and we were very pleased. Although this property was recently updated, there is little more wear and tear than expected. The golf cart was awesome!

Excellent accommodation. The golf cart use was extra special. The elevator was functioning which I appreciated. The South Seas facility and the island is still recovering but there were plenty of shops and eateries to visit. The shelling was the best I’ve seen in years.

Property was clean and comfortable. Loved the view from the balcony at sunset. Beach was nice and not crowded (most FL beaches are packed - this was a pleasant surprise). Restaurants and stores were right around the corner. Sites in Sanibel were not far away. We had a great time!
