Captiva Beach Villas 🏝 On The Gulf Beach

  • Beach Villas 2527 is located in the Beach Villas area of the largest resort on Captiva and is directly on the beach. The unit is a one bedroom condominium located on the second floor of a stilt building, there is an elevator available. The beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, along with the condo pool can be viewed from the private lanai. This unit is recently updated. This comfortable unit has one king size bed located in the bedroom and pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is an inside and outside dining table for your enjoyment. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided with the stay. In addition, you will have access to the beach, pool, pickleball, tennis courts and BBQ grills located in the front of the unit. There are many great restaurants located in the Captiva center area off Andy Rosse Lane.


    ** This unit is not part of the largest resort on Captiva so guests will not be able to use the amenities of the resort including the resort water park, resort golf course, resort restaurants and Point pool.

Excellent communication and lovely accomodations with a very pleasant ocean view from the balcony. The check-in was easy and the villa was well equipped for lounging on the beach nearby. There were many restaurants nearby and stores for basic provisions. Great relaxing stay. stay.

My spouse and I have come back here 4 times; the western facing balcony has such great views and the location is so convenient. We always appreciate that there are umbrellas and chairs to take to the beach and the unit is always clean.

Very nice accommodations in great shape. Convenient that the pantry was stocked with some essentials as well. Great location with pool and beach just outside the door, and awesome views of sunset from patio.

Fantastic location! Beautiful landscaping and everything was constantly being cleaned. Villa overlooked the pool. The gas grills and picnic tables were at the pool area. The beach was just beyond. Everything was so convenient. Loved the screened deck, but really appreciated the ceiling fan!! The bed had the most comfortable mattress. We wish we could have taken it back home with us!!!Early May is an ideal time to visit. We frequently had the pool to ourselves!The host was absolutely wonderful to work with and provided great tips to prepare for our trip and answered any questions after our arrival.

My daughter and I had a very sweet weekend. The bed was comfortable, the living room area was cozy for movie nights, and the view was lovely. We did have to move our car quite a ways a way for the unexpected parking lot repaving on Friday. The tar smell was horrific and we couldn’t even enjoy coffee or meals on the porch. It even affected the beach, but we hiked further down until we smelled sea air only. Saturday was much better and less noxious fumes. We were also able to park in the condo parking lot.We thoroughly enjoyed your pretty space!Looking forward to staying there again someday.Thank you,Holly Jarrett

This property was everything we hoped for...the ocean view from the room was incredible ! Watching the sun set every evening from the screened- in balcony was simply amazing...The condo was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Elizabeth (the host) was excellent ! She was very responsive and gave us all of the information we needed. I was also happily surprised to see the condo was so well stocked, even with small things that we didn't expect. The property itself was beautiful, and very peaceful. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes, and the pool was nice also, very well maintained. We will definitely be coming back !

Excellent view, clean, extra towels, thoughtful host. It exceeded my expectations. The kitchen looks updated, clean, and comfortable to cook in. The screened in balcony was really awesome to enjoy meals and cocktails on. We chartered a fishing trip which was one of the best outings of my life: red fish, snook, and shark. We had dinner at the Green Flash: crabcakes, oysters Romanov. Excellent meal! We did a lot of walking on the beautiful beach.

Lovely condo in a great location and well equipped!

I stayed in this condo with son age 8 and husband. The condo had everything we needed and was located in a great part of Captiva...I would very strongly recommend this a great get-away!

Wonderful condo near the beach

My spouse and I have stayed here several times and always have a great stay! The condo is always clean and well-stocked with everything we’d need; tons of towels, soap, cooking supplies, and beach chairs/umbrellas. The screened balcony is a perfect place to relax after returning from the beach, too.

Great Family Getaway

Conveniently located property with all the necessary items to enjoy the beach! Our boys had a great time, the beach is just a short walk away and you can watch the sunset right on the balcony!
