We booked for a family reunion and had a wonderful time at the island. Perfect weather, beaches, views, nature.We saw eagles, hawks, porpoises, stingray and sharks. Some turtles and of course the manatees. The house exceeded our expectations and had all the comforts that we expected.It also provided amazing views of the water and we were lucky to see a couple of eagles building a nest on a neighbor's house during our stay.Communication with Lacey and Shally's was quick and on point. Golf carts are a must and make a fun trip to the beach or bars. Pool was heated and was a hit with the kids and grandma late in the day.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on North Captiva. The island is truly special, and when we return, this will be the first house I check for availability.Our group of 13 made full use of the space — the pool and grill were perfect, and the home was exactly as described. We had a private chef cook dinner each night, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything she needed. The grocery delivery service also worked seamlessly.The property team was attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience — I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Sublime is a beautiful house with a fantastic view. We watched the sunrise each day easily from the covered and screened deck. The beds were so comfortable. Everyone slept great. North Captiva is a beautiful island. We saw manatees and dolphins every day. We also saw starfish at the point, a tortoise and so many birds. This was our fourth time visiting the island and first stay at Sublime. The pool and lower deck was a nice place to relax as a family. I would definitely recommend this house for large groups. There is lots of space for everyone. The host is very nice and easy to communicate with.

We loved Sublime. It was such an amazing weekend along side family and friends. Very relaxing weekend. The house was very spacious. Accommodated all 19 of us very comfortably. Lacey was great at communicating promptly. Whatever we needed she accommodated as soon as possible. The previous renters had damaged one of her golf carts that we rented and she immediately substituted it with one from her other property “No Worries Atoll.” I can’t wait to go back for a longer period of time and rent at “No Worries Atoll.” Thank you for an amazing weekend!

Wonderful house for a large family!

This house accomodated our family of 19 well. It had everything we would have expected and was clean! The owner and management company were very responsive to our questions and needs. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

Great family vacation. The house has everything you need for cooking! Relaxing beaches, great sunrises, and amazing memories. Bring bug spray for evening walks and yard guard ( bug spray) for evening on the lower deck.

This home was perfect for our group of 12. It offered plenty of space and was thoughtfully laid out. We could all gather comfortably in the living room, kitchen, and out on the deck for meals, yet the bedrooms were spread out enough to give everyone privacy and quiet when needed. The pool was a huge hit, especially with the kids. And we also enjoyed the ping pong table, corn toss, and foosball table. The service from Lacey and her team was exceptional. They greeted us dockside, helped transport all of us (along with our luggage and groceries) to the house, and remained attentive to our needs throughout the week.Beautiful place. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Sublime! The owners and property managers were fantastic and attentive. Any obstacles were quickly resolved. Communication was great. My whole family (14 of us) had a great time. Core memories created left and right! Highly recommended!

Wonderful Time at Sublime

Our group of eleven people - two families with kids ranging in age from 13 to 19 - had a wonderful time at Sublime on North Captiva Island. Our friends arrived a few hours before us and texted that this was the nicest home we've stayed in yet on spring break (this was our fifth year traveling together). The home is on the north end of the island, about a mile from the Island Club. It was an easy walk or golf cart ride to the Island Club, Mango's, or any of the numerous beaches. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from the crow's nest, family corn hole, and time in the pool at the house. We enjoyed basketball and paddleboarding from the Island Club. The manatees near Mango's was the icing on top of an amazing trip. Communication with Lacey and Shally's Seashells was easy, Shally's did a great job with grocery delivery (twice), and we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit North Captiva Island!

Wonderful trip!

Our stay at Sublime was fabulous! We had 4 families total and the space was perfect! Communication with Lacey and Shallys was great. North Captiva is beautiful and we truly felt we could unplug and relax. The beaches are beautiful and not too crowded, we saw manatee, dolphins, and had fun shell hunting. We rented a boat for the week and had fun venturing out a bit to explore. Would highly recommend Sublime and North Captiva!

Family Vacation Time

My husband and I wanted to take our kids on a vacation where we could just give them our time alone and away from the hectic city. I stumbled upon this house in North Captiva. Even though we picked probably an oddly cold week to come we really had an unbelievable time and I know we gave our kids memories that will last forever. The place was just as described and the management answered every text and every email instantly. We can’t wait to come back!!

Family Vacation

This was our first visit to North Captiva. We had 14 people, and the house was a great fit for all of us. We enjoyed the games in the evenings and the sand toys on the days on the beaches. The Kitchen had a great set up with everything we needed to make dinners for our large group. Lots of fun family memories made at Sublime

Sublime Stay

Our family of 20 stayed at Sublime from December 28 to January 4. This is the 2nd time we had booked this home. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian cancelled our plans in 2022 so we were excited to return for our 4th trip to North Captiva this year. Only one or two homes on the island can host a family of our size so we were thankful to be able to book Sublime. Communication with Lacey, the owner was exceptional. She responded immediately to all questions during the booking process. We arrived on the island using the Island Girl Charter service and as you can imagine with 20 people, we had quite a bit of luggage and groceries to move to our home. Shally's Seashells provides property management services for Sublime. They met us at the dock and transported all of our luggage and groceries to Sublime. The house is beautiful just as the pictures suggested and plenty of room for our large family. Lots of steps but they were great for exercise. The pool is heated and our little one enjoyed it many times during our stay. We had a few minor issues with the home but Shally's took care of those rapidly and none of them impacted our stay in a negative way. Service provided by Shally's was exceptional and Lacey was also available for anything we needed during our stay. The island is still recovering from the past two hurricanes and much construction and cleanup remains to be done, but a lot of progress was made during our stay. Can't wait to return.
