Great family getaway!

We stayed at this property with our 6 kids, and everyone had a blast! Sean was super responsive and the check-in/check-out process couldn’t have been easier. Will definitely go again!

The property itself was beautiful. We have 3 kids and were able to put the (2) boys in one room and blow up an air matress (great quality one that was there) for our daughter. There's a closet that's not really a clost off the main bedroom upstairs so she had her own space but was close to us. Great views, we saw dolphins and manatees. The section of the beach we were at didn't have many other people so we were not crowed. The host was very responsive when we had questions or issues. That being said, there is something going on with South Seas (this property is in the complex of South Seas but is not owned bt South Seas) where they blocked the only path to get to the beach. While we were there they put up a huge metal fence and moved tons of rocks where the view and the entrance to the beach was completely blocked off. In order to get to the beach we had to climb over a wooden fence that is about waste high, cross the golf course and through some grass. There were signs about trespassing and it was very unclear if we were allowed to be on the section of beach we were at or not. We never had an issue while we were there but it felt like we were trespassing everytime we walked to and from the beach. The fence made it hard to carry chairs or many items to the beach because you are not able to use a wagon.Overall, nice property but with the access issues to the beach it was a bit disappointing. We'd go back if the access was fixed.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in this property! First time on Captiva so didn't fully know what to expect. Sean is great to work with, has great recommendations and always avail to communicate with. Property was exactly as described. Loved the pool, beach and my fav was having a glass of wine on the upper(master BR deck). Extremely peaceful. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for sharing this property :)

Wow! What an amazing family trip

The home was amazing - clean - and felt like home - the views are amazing from all the decks - pool is just a few steps from our rental place - tennis court right there - beach very beautiful but small walk less than 3 minutes if even that - owner was very helpful with what to do and where to eat etc.. - The Compound where all the homes are located is Very safe and everyone were friendly - our kids were able to walk around at night and felt like a small town with familys outside walking around - We are for sure coming back hands down! Amazing!

Lands End condo

At the end of South Seas resort the “LandsEnd” condos are great. Close to pool, tennis, fishing & sunsets on the beach. Got to watch ospreys nest and perfect sunrises. Condo was in a very convenient location.

Great location with good views and excellent beach access

Very spacious and comfortable home. Everyone had a great time. Loved biking on the cart path to the beach. The area feels very safe and we trusted our kids to head out to the beach and back to the home by themselves without fear for their safety.

Comfort and amazing views.

This unit has great views from the living room, kitchen, master and all the patios. Also, all the beds and furniture was very comfortable. This unit comes fully equipped and the host is extremely attentive and is just a text away. We are looking forward to staying with them again.

Awesome stay. Beautiful location

Short walk to the beach. Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay. The island is beautiful and the location of this unit is wonderful. We enjoyed the chairs and large umbrella provided as well as beach toys. We even left some for the next visitors to enjoy.

Gorgeous condo. Perfect location.

We had a family of 7 stay at the condo. Beautiful view of the water. The best part was the ospreys right outside our window. There were 2 adult ospreys and 2 babies. The condo had every convenience we could ask for. All paper goods and soap products were provided. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Wonderful Spring Break Getaway

Our family stayed over spring break and absolutely loved our time on Captiva! Planning this trip during covid made me very conscious of finding a place where we could enjoy the sun and sand, and still be socially distanced as needed. The condo is in a great spot on the island, making it feel secluded but still a short golf cart ride to the beach and shops/restaurants. Although renters aren't able to use all of the amenities at South Seas, we didn't mind. The community pool and grill were great to use and all my kids needed:) The beach chairs, towels and sand toys were perfect for us to bring to the beach. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around the resort and into town. And when you needed a break from the sun the screened in porch was perfect to sit in and unwind with a great view of the bay and osprey nest :) Seriously can't say enough about this great spot!

Perfect Stay

Everything from the view to the furnishings was perfect. We appreciated that the owner left all of the essentials such as shampoo and conditioner and since we love to cook we were thrilled that they supplied so much salt and pepper!

Weekend getaway with family

The property was very spacious, well equipped, beautiful views and great amenities. Our daughter, son and daughter-in-law and two year old granddaughter had some quality time together. Enjoyed walks around the complex and the sunrise and sunsets. Georgeous!

Room to roam

This spacious condo had more than enough space for our needs, and gave each of us private space as well. Condo was generously supplied (we’ve never stayed anywhere that provided coffee, including K-cups, all paper products as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom). The host was very responsive to questions and very accommodating. The osprey’s hatched during our visit and it was fun watching the chicks. We saw dolphins most days and manatees at the marina. Great location!

Amazing & So Thankful

The condo was way more than we needed, but a wonderful place to spend a week. We greatly appreciated all the extra things that were provided for us and there for us to use. All the paper towel, napkins, toilet paper, soap at every sink, shampoo and conditioner in the showers was beyond our expectations. Not to mention to closet full of toys for us to use. There were games, beach towels, fishing poles, sand toys, beach chairs, a cooler, and many more items. It was so wonderful not to worry about running out of soap and paper products. We loved our time spent here and are ready to return! Thank you so much!!!
