Villa Sterlizia, consisting of 2 apartments, is located amidst the lush nature of Elba, in the village of Lacona. The Blu apartment, situated on the ground floor, offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for one person and a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom (with a double bed and 2 single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot and a high chair (the latter two available on request). Outside, you will find a private seating area with comfortable furniture and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors. You can enjoy the Italian atmosphere and forget the stress of everyday life, while children can play in the shared garden. The villa’s location is especially convenient: a supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and restaurants, bars, and cafés can be reached in 10 minutes. The beautiful sandy beach of Lacona is 400 meters away and easily accessible on foot.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed on request. Bed linen and towels can be provided on site for an extra fee. A discount on the ferry ticket is available after booking.
