Family Summer Fun

We had a wonderful time in Capitola.The house was in a perfect location and view of the ocean from the balcony.It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants in the area.The house was spacious and very nice.Great family fun.

Great stay

Four of us stayed here for a week. Unit was very spacious, location very convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants. Everything in the unit was as described. Thanks for a great stay!

Beach property

The location of the VRBO was perfect and the communication with the property management was perfect as well. The property specifically the kitchen in the bathrooms are a little rundown, but everything worked and it was all fine.

We had a great stay at your home. Prime location! Walking distance to everything.. restaurants, shops, beach! 2 car parking- safe and was appreciated. Beds were super comfortable. Spacious living room area and loft. Great communication. It is located on 2nd floor. So have to walk upstairs. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything.

Summer of 2023

Amazing stay. Very close to the beach and shops. Lots of space and very clean. We had 2 adults, 3 teen and 9 y.o. Having the loft and separate living room and two balconies worked well for all of us. Friendly town. Prime view of fireworks. Exceptional response time from Surf city office during our stay. We will be returning!! Thank you Jody and Hailey!!

A great week !

We just got home from an amazing week in Capitola! There was 6 of us and the condo was perfect, the loft area with the balcony was a plus for sure, our 23 year old son stayed up there so he had his own little private spot ! We spent time on both balconies, we bbqd and made dinners almost every night ! The views are out of this world and going in and out with the key pad so easy ! Location location location, I just can’t explain how wonderful our week was !! Thank you so much we will definitely be back!

Very Nice Place

We very much enjoyed our stay here. In fact, we have already booked a return stay. The only issue we had was check in process. We were not aware that there were more lock boxes than those easily seen from the driveway. After much fussing and calling we finally realized that we needed to walk further along the front of the building where the correct lockbox was. Once that was solved it was smooth sailing. Loved having secure under building parking and really enjoyed the two outside balconies.

Beautiful spot that needs to be cleaned.

This property is in a beautiful spot right above downtown. We had a great time. Unfortunately I spent our first day there cleaning the property because I think it got missed before we arrived. The floors were completely covered in long black hair everywhere. I understand hair gets everywhere and occasionally one will be missed. But this was so much that the only explanation was it wasn't cleaned. I contacted the property owner listed mid stay to see if they had anything to say and still haven't gotten a reply.

I would give a Good rating, if possible, as the property was in excellent condition, very well located, and beautifully appointed. Communication with the host was prompt. The only drawback was that the WiFi was not working in our unit.

Perfect weekend, perfect location, incredible access to Capitola and the coast. We had activities planned at the beach and up in the Santa Cruz Mountains and easily made our way around. Walking everywhere and snagging the occasional Uber allowed us to leave our cars parked the entire time!
