"Samantha was a perfect host. Very responsive and accommodating. We didn’t plan to spend much time at her cute cottage since we had several outdoor events on our list. We arrived on a Friday early evening and checked out Sunday morning. Mother Nature had another plan and rained on us during our only full day there. This allowed us to spend several awake hours in the cottage. It is so peaceful and we enjoyed everything (I even took a nap)! The bed is comfy and even satisfied my bed-snob husband....

"This place was perfect! We went to concert at SPAC, very close and easy to find. The cabin was clean and welcoming. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in shower. Perfect for a couple or girls night out. Thank you Richard and Denise for the snacks. Would 100 percentage go again."

"Super clean and cute!"

"Cottage was perfect for our needs, inside was comfortable and well furnished. Host was consistent and clear with reasonable response times- would be glad to spend time here again."

"Great house and location for my family."

There is a firepit and dock with shared canoe and other watercraft. Absolutely love that the residents of this lake community do not allow outside...

"Good location at Catskills area. Family friendly, large back yard that has access to the nearby creek."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect for four people. We only stayed one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The mattress and pillows were amazing, and we had such a comfortable, restful night’s sleep. Everything was thoughtfully done, and the space felt beautiful and welcoming. Highly recommend!"

"Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. There were no spare batteries to change. There were spiders everywhere. My friend used the shower and saw 11 of them moving around the ceiling. They were in the main bed and on the counter and sink as well. The tenant was nice...
