"The cottage was very quiet and remote yet the road is no problem at all. It has a stunning view and there’s a walk route where you can explore nearby villages and farm. The cottage owner was friendly and accommodating. She prepared freshly baked scones, milk, coffee, tea, sugar ready on our arrival. She checked on us as well twice to make sure we’re okay. "The Swallow Falls Inn looked like a new establishment, my room was very clean, the staff were professional, polite and very helpful, the breakfast was very fast in coming and tasty. If I can give some critique, you need bigger room number signs as I went the wrong way twice and ended up asking a member of staff who pointed out where the room signs were and admitted that they need to be bigger."

"Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. "The best location right along the Promanade, Plenty of free street parking alongside the hotel (3.30pm to 10.30am), very helpful and chatty staff, meals very good, rooms big and beds good. Free entertainment twice per week. 5 mins walk to the pier. The overall conclusion was this being an excellent choice of hotel and VERY reasonably priced."

"I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀"

"We stayed at the property for 3 days and loved it. Mike and Carrie who own this property are a fabulous host and they made sure our stay is fully comfortable. My boys loved it when they chocolates on the day we were climbing the Snowdon mountain. The property is situated at a very good location not far from Betws-y-coed and the great part is Mike and Carrie have so well maintained the original character of this manor. We 100% recommend staying at this place."
