This modern apartment boasts a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen that has a dining table with ample seating making this space perfect for whipping us a delicious home-cooked meal to share with family or friends. The kitchen area flows into the lounge area and has a flat-screen TV with a 47" display, perfect for your viewing pleasure while sitting on the comfy and cosy couch. The Lounge area opens up to the spacious balcony that looks over the complex gardens, providing a space for tranquil serenity. The living area also has a dedicated work desk that is perfect for catching up on work.

Retreat at the end of the day for a good rest in either of the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower and is furnished with a cosy queen-size bed and ample cabinet space. Matching the master, the second bedroom is also furnished with a cosy queen-size bed and ample cabinet space and has easy access to the separate bathroom with a standalone shower.
