Nicely appointed and clean. Parking available for 2 cars in garage and free street parking was easy to find. Approx.10 minute walk to Boardwalk so easy access to rides for kids. Good for families with small kids since they have highchair, gate, pack n play.... like all the houses we have rented in Wildwood there are stairs.

Nice place. Rooms were spaced out well. Had a single room that was downstairs which was perfect for the mother in law. Really enjoyed our stay.

Super belles vacances!

Étions 9 personnes, 4 adultes et 5 enfants âgés de 7 à 13 ans. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans ce beau condo très bien équipé, situé sur un très beau site rempli de beaux arbustes/plantes et sur lequel il y a une belle grande piscine. Nous devons porter un bracelet pour utiliser la piscine et les BBQ. Il y a une grosse épicerie (ACME) tout près (en auto). La marche vers la plage/Boardwalk n'est pas très longue (pour ceux qui aiment marcher bien sûr). Mercredi soir, directement du Boardwalk, nous avons assisté à un magnifique spectacle de drones (vers 22h) et vendredi soir à un superbe feu d'artifice directement du balcon de la chambre des maitres (à 21h). Merci à Noreen et Pete!

Perfect family home

The house was very clean and came with all the amenities you need to enjoy the beach. It was my family and my parents. It worked out great as they had a baby gate installed and pack and play on site. My parents who are older stayed on the first floor which had a bathroom right there. This served as a perfect getaway from the grandchildren when they wanted one. The walk to the boardwalk was not bad at all, when my parents wanted to grab an uber the location made this easy. The host were amazing as they were very receptive and accomodating. We will definitely be back.

A bit of a hike to the boardwalk, but the trade off was space for the kids to spread out and quiet evenings without live music right outside.

Perfect for family fun!

We have vacationed in Wildwood many times over the past 45 years. This was our first time not staying at a motel. It was wonderful! It was spotless when we arrived. Hosts were very responsive to my many questions prior to and during our stay. We were three families. My husband and I, our 2 sons and daughters in law, and four grandchildren, ages 2, 7, 8 and 15. Each family had their own space, and bathroom. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy mealtime as a family. Condo had just about everything we needed for cooking, beach time and playtime. We had an epic Sorry game night. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, games, bikes and helmets, and a beach cart we could use. Location was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk, but far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings. Third floor balcony was perfect for viewing the Friday night fireworks. We highly recommend this property for fun family memories!

Superbe séjour ! La maison était parfaite pour notre groupe de 8. Bien située pour marcher jusqu’au Boardwalk, épiceries, restaurants et pharmacies à proximité. Garage pour 2 voitures, 2 frigos, chaises pour la plage, parasols, etc. Nous aurions aimé que les draps de lits soient fournis ainsi que les serviettes pour la douche. Le site est très beau, on dirait un petit resort comme dans le Sud :-) Nous garderons de beaux souvenirs !

Annual Wildwood Family Trip

Absolutely the BEST! The townhouse was clean and stocked full of everything one would need to enjoy your stay in Wildwood. Not only were there household items galore there were umbrellas, beach chairs, bicycles, helmets, beach toys and more! The pool area was great and the grounds beautifully maintained. The owners were lovely and accommodated all our needs. Hope to book next year for our annual Wildwood family trip. Loved it!

Improper and Exorbitant Cleaning Charge

My family celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary at this property. The property is spacious, and very nice. Centrally located and well stocked. It’s a nice property. The only slight annoyance is that the all garbage must be removed upon departure to a trash facility near by (which we did), as opposed to some central location in the townhome community. The property owners were nice and responsive prior to and during our stay. However, they wrongly charged an exorbitant cleaning fee nearly a week after our departure noting “property left extemely dirty; ants in garage/upstairs and urine in toilet.” (Note: Vrbo will not allow me relay the amount of the fee in this review but it is more than most places charge a night.) We stayed 3 and 1/2 days and all inhabitants were late 30s to early 70’s. I personally inspected each room prior to our departure. Very little cleaning was required when we left, but everything was left in its proper place, no garbage etc. etc. We barely had any food in the unit at all as we ate out. Clearly, an ant problem couldn’t be caused in that time nor did anyone see ants during our stay. If we had accidentally damaged something or didn’t have time to clean, etc. I would be the first to gladly pay the fee and apologize. But the owners description of the property’s condition was clearly wrong. On the owners’ stainless steel airfryer it states, in permanent black magic marker, words to the affect of “if you use it CLEAN IT.” To be clear, I agree with that sentiment. But to strangely write it on the machine itself is indicative (in my mind) of the owners’extreme desire to push a cleaning fee onto renters of the unit. So future renters should be wary of same.

Wildwood Vacay

My husband and I do an annual shore week with our two daughters, their husbands, and our four grandchildren. This has to be the most well supplied rental property I have ever seen. All of the standard kitchen supplies were abundant, and then some, but I am mainly referring to what we were told was awaiting us in the garage: coolers, bikes, loads of beach chairs, plus an extra fridge with freezer. Upstairs there was an ottoman that contained all kinds of games for the kids. There was even a huge bag of beach toys in the garage. We enjoyed our week immensely. Going to the beach in the AM and then the pool later on in the day was so much fun for all 10 of us! There is a huge smart TV in every room, and xfinity was very easy to operate. The kids (3,3,6,6) absolutely loved the bunk bedroom. There was a twin bed on top. a double bed below, and a twin trundle bed that slid out of the bottom. And the steps to the top level contained huge storage drawers. I highly recommend this property!

Great Spot

Stayed in this gated community before but, love this unit was super helpful had baby highchair, pack and play, gates, etc. less for us to pack or worry about. Boardwalk was walkable, area clean, pool was nice along with outside showers etc. owners where very nice and communicated very well super helpful. Definitely will stay at same location next year we go every year and finally we may have found a unit we will stick with 😁 thank you

Wildwood beach vacation

Wonderful stay with all of the amenities. The location was close to attractions but far enough away from the chaos. The pool was great when we didn’t feel like lugging everything to the beach. Lots of space for a family! Owners attentive to messages and answering any and all questions.

We had a great stay in Wildwood. Townhome was great from start to finish. Communication with owners was quick and simple. Property is fully loaded with extras like beach chairs and coolers which is a huge bonus when packing! Would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect Location!

Perfect location house was close to everything rides boardwalk, and awesome restaurants. It also was very clean and perfect for my grandchildren they loved the bunk room! We also loved that every room had there own TV! Nothing negative about this rental, looking forward to rent again next year ! Kim & Larry
