This was the perfect vacation! Location was perfect for our family! The space was comfortable and inviting! We also made some lovely friends during our stay. Looking forward to renting next year!

Great place very clean looks like new ! The Host was awesome very responsive and truly cared to make our stay enjoyable. Nice views, sunsets and early morning birds singing from the national preserved which is adjacent to the deck. Already booked for next year .

We had an absolutely wonderful week staying here and would highly recommend it! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the space was perfect for our family.Our favorite part was relaxing on the porch each morning and evening. It was so peaceful overlooking the bird sanctuary, with views of the pool and even a glimpse of the ocean. The pool itself was clean, well maintained, and never felt overcrowded, which made it even more enjoyable.The location was fantastic with easy parking, a very short walk to the beach, and the convenience of having the beach club right there. Rich was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with, even though we really didn’t have any issues during our stay.This was truly one of our favorite vacation rentals, and we enjoyed it so much that we already booked our stay for next year! We can’t wait to come back and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to stay in Diamond Beach.

The condo was as pictured. Location was great, right on the beach with super fine sand! One thing to note was this condo does not include linens. Must bring own bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, beach towels and kitchen towels. We also had some issues with the nest thermostat while on our trip. The owner was responsive the next day and apologized. Communication from the owner was not great as we didn't get our check in instructions until 5pm on check in day but I do think this is not the norm for him. He was very apologetic. Overall, a great place to stay. Much quieter and upscale than the Wildwoods.

Amazing condo! So spacious and cozy. Close to the beach. Comfortable beds. Beautiful master bath. Amazing kitchen with plenty of space for everyone.

The property was beautiful, there was a little blip when we 1st arrived, AC wasn't working, I reached out to the owner and he had someone there next day to fix the issue (we moved in on a Sunday or I'm sure it would've been same day), the grill on the balcony didn't work, sorry Rich (owner) but us going and picking 1 up and getting reimbursed wasn't an acceptable solution, it didn't ruin any part of our stay, everything is taken with a grain of salt when we are on vacation. If I could've picked 4 1/2 stars I would've and I would normally round up but the grill makes me round down.

We had such a great time, place was beautiful, well equipped and close to the beach and pool. Richard responded quickly to inquiries and was gracious. We were two couples, all of us were very happy and hope to stay again.

Great location in Diamond Beach

Great location, great condo. Easy access to the beach. Nice deck furniture, nice view of the forever wild, with a little oceanfront mixed in.

Relaxing Oasis

We have been staying on this property for several years. The new updates to the property are lovely! The location is excellent and the property manager is always responsive. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

Family beach week

We stayed here for a week with our two young girls, and we had a great time! The area where the property is located is so nice, quiet and beautiful, and it was just a short drive to Cape May, also. The beach is literally right there, the building is the first off the beach, which was perfect for our girls being so little. Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

This is the second year in a row that we have come to this property for a vacation for our family (my husband, myself, and our two daughters aged 2 and 4). We had a wonderful time. The entire condo was redone since last year and is beautiful! We love our stay and plan to go back!

Perfect family vacation stay!

This was our first time in the Wildwood area, and this place was a gem! The condo was clean, safe, and spacious. The location is great- it's right on the beach and right in between Wildwood and Cape May. We will definitely be back!
