Above expectations
Great house, well appointed. Practically within walking distance of cape-lewis ferry facilities (incidently, FREE PUTT-PUTT there). not the fancy course, but FREE!). The beaches on that side of cape may are FREE, sunsets are actually better than sunset beach in cape may. If you are a "Cape May veteran" you will have NO PROBLEMS getting around. The house has all the amenities you would need (also a whirpool), game systems for the kids. The house is a winner. On the downside, communication needs improvement. Im a face to face or telephone person, and protocols to rent are largely emails and texts. I didn't like that. The location of the property was great, very quiet.

Home away from home
We have been renting beach vacation houses for several years now and this was the best yet. It is exactly as described and very well appointed. We felt as comfortable as if we were at home. Being near the bay side beach with such easy access was an added bonus. This was a welcome change from other locations we have tried. There was a lot more offered than expected and we would recommend this property to anyone.

Great house, great location!
We had a great week in this house, location is perfect for walking to bay beach and short drive to cape may and ocean beaches. Deck and master bedroom furniture could use some updating but overall the house was perfect for us. The dog friendly aspect is great even though we didn’t end up bringing our dog as planned.

June Vacation
We enjoyed our stay at your property. Close to the bay, where dogs are aloud ( except from 11am to 4pm during summer). Residential area, can ride bikes, we brought our own, but there are 2 bikes at the house. Big living room, games and puzzles at the house, pretty much everything there that we needed. Restaurant at the end of the street was convenient- and dog friendly. Great to have the yard fenced in, new outdoor furniture is needed.

Clean, spacious, comfortable home!
We greatly enjoyed our weekend in Cape May staying at this property! This home is so warm, updated, and clean and just felt like home. Our favorite feature was the spacious living room with a sofa big enough for us all to be comfortable, even the dog. The large TV was amazing and all the windows made this room feel so inviting. We chose this home because we needed a home that welcomed our dog and the fenced in backyard was perfect for her. This is the first VRBO home that our dog felt comfortable in right away and settled without being stressed about being at a new place, which says a lot! We always stay at the bay area of Cape May as it is dog friendly, and this home was just a few minute walk to the beach. Our 2 girls loved the room with bunkbeds! You do need to bring sheets and towels but we appreciated plenty of blankets for the beds. The kitchen is also so spacious and even though we didn't use it, the dining room table for 6 is a plus! Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Even though it was very last minute, it was easy to book, communicate with the owner, and check in. The price is reasonable for what you get spacewise and not unobtainable for a family on a budget. Thank you! We tried to leave the place just as clean as we found it as we appreciate homes that are willing to host families with dogs. We look forward to staying here next year when we return to Cape May!

Fabulous Sunsets, quiet relaxed week.
Owners completely renovated this property. Clean, lovely fenced in backyard, pet-friendly. Just a short walk to the Beach, beautiful sunsets, free parking and dinner and drinks at Harpoon Henry's on the Bay. Loved the stay. Tracy is fabulous. Very efficient in answering all questions.

Beautiful home with everything you need in a wonderful neighborhood
Our time at the home on Scott Avenue was absolutely wonderful. It was exactly what our little family and pup needed. The home was comfy and had everything one would need. Location was great for our needs and communication with the homeowners were spot on from beginning to end! We would definitely come back or recommend!

Great House & Location
The house was great. We were 5 - two adults and three teens (and a small dog). Everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was set up wonderfully. We were able to store our beach gear in the garage. The house was clean and just a short walk to the beach. The owners were in constant contact with us leading up to the stay so we had no questions by the time we checked in. We'd love to stay again!

Perfect getaway

Perfect House
My Husband and I spent our wedding anniversary weekend at this beautiful home. It was excellent. Very clean, had everything we needed. Owner was above and beyond accommodating. We walked few short blocks and watched dozens of dolphins playing in the bay. We can’t wait to come to Cape Nay again and will definitely book this gem again !

great vacation
this house was beautiful inside and out, we took our 2 dogs with the complete fenced in yard was perfect they had such a great time running around and playing in the yard, the owner of this rental supplies you with beach passes and board games and beach chairs video games for the kids and the outside deck was just great to sit and relax even has grills for grilling everything you need inside the house as well it was just absalutly perfect/ the niehgborhood was so quiet and peacefull. short walk to the bay! just loved everything about this place! cant wait to book it again!!

Cute, Clean and close to the Bay
My husband and I enjoyed this home for a long weekend in January. The yard was perfect for the dogs to play in and the house was walking distance to gorgeous sunsets and walks along the bay. We loved the kitchen and large family room that has a huge couch and TV, perfect for the football games. Tracy was very helpful, excellent communication all around. Hope to return!

Mini-Moon!
We absolutely loved this property! We stayed in mid-september. After our wedding, due to covid our actual honey moon was cancelled, so we decided to take a mini-moon to cape may! This was the perfect getaway we were looking for. House was beautiful, well kept! Had all the amenities you could have ever wanted and more. Fenced in yard, perfect for our dogs (who also had a blast)! 2 blocks from the bayside beaches, nestled in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Tracy was easy going and readily accessible for any needs. Definitely recommend this spot! Thanks for the stay!
