    Looking for your next unforgettable getaway in Cape May? Meet Eights on the Landing — a brand-new luxury townhome nestled in the heart of the Cape May Harbor scene on iconic Schellengers Landing. Whether you’re chasing salty air, seafood dinners, or those unbeatable Jersey Shore sunsets, this is where it all comes together.

    This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath stunner comfortably sleeps 8 and spans three beautifully designed floors (yes, there’s an elevator—vacation mode only, please). Every inch of this home was crafted with comfort, style, and coastal elegance in mind. From the open-concept main living area on the 3rd floor to the high-end kitchen, designer furnishings, and luxe finishes—this isn’t just a rental, it’s an experience.

    Unwind with harbor breezes on the covered second-floor balcony, or head up the spiral staircase to the rooftop viewing deck—a perfect perch for sunrise coffees or sunset cocktails.

    Wake up steps from the Cape May Whale Watcher, grab a drink or dockside lunch at The Lobster House, or stroll to Lucky Bones, local shops, and hidden gems—all just around the corner. Hop on a bike and you’re minutes from Cape May’s pristine beaches, the charming Washington Street Mall, and the seaside promenade.

    ~Where You’ll Sleep~

    Primary Bedroom: A breath of fresh air fitted with a California King, en suite bathroom & walk in closet. The ensuite has a large walk in shower and vanity with plenty of storage. This primary suite is a retreat within a retreat.

    Bedroom 1: Nextdoor to the primary suite & delightfully designed with a classic ship theme this calming room has a queen size bed, large closet and smart tv.

    Bedroom 2: Adjacent to the hall bath this surf inspired room has a cool modern vibe, queen size bed, large closet, smart tv and views of the landing.

    Bedroom 3: Facing the landing with views of the iconic Cape May Whale Watcher this bedroom has a fitting whale theme and trundle bed which converts to a king. (If you’d like the king bed conversion just let us know!) There`s a large closet and smart tv for the most comfortable stay.

    Hall Bath: The hall bath has a large walk in shower and ample vanity storage. Please note this home does not have a tub.

    ~Living Space~

    Living & Dining: The living and dining room flow through the 3rd floor. The layout is perfect for gathering and relaxing. The sliding doors lead to the covered balcony where you’ll enjoy salty breezes and amazing views. The living room has plenty of seating with a sectional couch and recliner centering around the smart tv-with cable and streaming capabilities-perfect for a movie night in. The dining area has seating for 8 along with seating for 4 at the center island.

    Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances, a large center island for gathering and everything you need for cooking. There`s a keurig & drip coffee maker, blender, airfryer, toaster oven along with basic pots and pans. There`s plenty of dishware, wineglasses and kid friendly plastic plates, cups and bowls. You’ll have everything you need for preparing meals for your group.

    Outside Space:
    ~The covered second floor balcony is off of the main living area with comfortable seating and views of the landing. There is a spiral staircase leading to the roof top viewing deck. **Children should never be left alone on the decks and should be accompanied by an adult at all times on the balconies.**
    ~The first floor leads to the garage where bikes and beach equipment are stored. Through the garage sliders you’ll find the spacious outside shower.
    ~There is a small fenced backyard ground floor.
    ~Townhome common areas for homeowners are not for guest use.

    Elevator:
    ~ There is an elevator from the 1st to 3rd floor. Instructions on how to use the elevator will be sent prior to your stay. Children are not permitted to use the elevator unattended.

    ~Attachable high chair (to dining table) available
    ~Pack n play available (1) **We recommend bringing extra pack n play sheets**

    Parking & Garage Use:
    ~Parking is not permitted inside of the garage.
    ~There are 2 parking spaces suitable for midsize vehicles. Please note the parking spaces may not accommodate 2 large size vehicles.
    ~Please be mindful when parking on the street not to block neighbors driveways or park in the “no parking” zones.
    ~Guest use of the garage is for accessing beach equipment, bikes and the outside shower.
    ~The golf cart belongs to the homeowner and is not permitted for guest use. If you’d like to rent a golf cart for your stay we can send you contact information for local rentals.

    Beach & Bikes:
    ~Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach cart are available for your use.
    ~This home does not provide beach tags.
    ~Boogie boards, sand toys, spike ball

    Things to Note:
    ~We provide a “starter” supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dishwasher pods, coffee and tea. This is typically enough to get through 2-4 days depending on needs and size of your group.
    ~We provide hand soap & shower toiletries in every bathroom along with dishsoap & all purpose cleaner in the kitchen.
    ~Laundry is located on the second floor off the hallway. There is a full size washer and dryer for guest use.
    ~Please no fruit or vegetable peels in the kitchen garbage disposal.

    **Rental Policies – Know Before You Book**

    We believe in transparency to ensure your vacation experience aligns with our home’s expectations. Our rental is perfect for families and responsible groups looking for a relaxing getaway—but it is not suitable for large parties or events which violates local rental ordinances. Please review our policies carefully before booking to ensure our home is the right fit for your stay.

    - Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
    - No Party Groups: We do not accept bookings for proms, high school groups, college groups, or spring break travelers.
    - Accurate Guest Representation: If your group misrepresents itself, your rental agreement will be voided, and you will forfeit all payments.
    - Registered Guests Only: The rental property is exclusively for guests listed in the agreement—**no overnight outside visitors allowed.
    - Smoke-Free Home: This is a 100% smoke-free property indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in the loss of your security deposit or minimum $1,000 charge. Smoking is not permitted on the 3rd floor outdoor covered balcony.
    ~The main person booking will be required to sign a guest information confirmation prior to their arrival. This basic information is requested to ensure both parties have accurate contact information in the unlikely event of a trip interruption.
    -The Cape May area is full of nature. Our homes are treated monthly for all forms of pests. With that said we do NOT refund for mosquitos, ants or fruit flies which are common to our area in the summer months. Please be sure to keep doors closed and window screens in place. If you spot a bug, notify us immediately and we will have our pest control team out to the property.
