The house is great! Couldn't ask for a better layout or amenities. The house is located on a busy road, which, while not a bother to us, should be noted. Host is SUPER responsive A. Overall a nice experience and would return for another visit.

3rd time at BluTides and just as great

This was our 3rd stay at BluTides. The house is still as lovely as it was our first stay 4 years ago. Everything is well appointed, clean and overall a great place to stay to enjoy the area with family.

Lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Tides. The house is a wonderful set up for a family. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a day at the beach. It’s an easy drive to local Avalon beaches with parking. Overall, it was a great week and I highly recommend this home. Owner and manager were very helpful too!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time! Sylvain was a great host and his place is a perfect for a beach getaway! The house and pool were very clean and the location couldn’t be any better! We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

House was prefect for our family of 4. Loved the pool and hot tub. Location was convenient to all major areas including Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor and short drive to Cape May and the Wildwoods. Manager was great and responsive. Property was clean and family-friendly.

Close to everything...with a pool!

We were so happy with the house...worked perfectly for our two families! Liked that the bedrooms were on one side of the house and the kitchen/common area were on the other. After a day of exploring the pool was a great way to end the day. Within 15-20 minutes to all the local beaches/towns including Avalon, Stone Harbor, Cape May, Wildwood, and Ocean City.

Perfect property for our family.

The layout of the house was perfect. The three year old had his own spot to play and watch television while we could still see him. The swimming pool was great for him with the sun deck where he could play and he could easily tell where he could touch. The location was close to everything we wanted to see but we still had our private space behind the house. I highly recommend.

This was, by far, the most organized rental I’ve ever stayed at. The owner kept in touch frequently, I which I greatly appreciated. The home was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and games. We loved the fully stocked kitchen. And having acme right across the street was wildly convenient. We hope to stay again!

Family Vacation

This was a great ranch house for our family for the week. Location worked out well since beach/town parking wasn’t much of an issue in Avalon surprisingly. The pool and hot tub were a perfect. Everything was organized and ready for us, and it was so easy to communicate with Sylvain. We would recommend this house!

Awesome week with family!

We had an awesome family vacation with great weather at blue tides! The house was very spacious and wonderfully located (the acme across the street was a great plus)! We spent many days by the pool and BBQing. We brought our 11 month old daughter for her first beach vacation and the house had a high chair for her which was a great help for us with packing! The drive to the beach was so easy and quick. All around great experience!

Perfect place. Perfect weather!

We arrived about 4pm. and the home was perfectly cleaned, everything we needed was there. The layout with the great room/ kitchen was perfect for us. Loved that there was a small den with TV and games for the kids! We had three generations there and there was always something for everyone! Was nice to be a short distance out of town, less congested and only 5-10 minute drive to the beach. Pool was wonderful! Kids preferred it to the ocean! Nice to have warm water in early June. We will be back!

Lovely time at Blue Tides!

We had a wonderful time at Blue Tides. Having the ACME store in front of the property is great. The pool and jacuzzi were the perfect spot to spend the sunny days with the kids. There was room for improvement regarding the overall cleanliness of the house. It could be much thorough. It felt like it wasn’t cleaned recently. I cleaned all the “touchable” parts and got a really dirty cloth. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves and it has everything to have an amazing vacation.
