Pleased in Paradise

This property worked out just perfectly for us. Within blocks of our friends and so many great places in downtown Cape. Pool life was outstanding. Every kitchen utensil imaginable to have meals at home, comfy beds, great showers.

Nice stay at the Sundog

5113 Avalon was very nice, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed the pool and taking walks in the neighborhood with our dogs. The house matches all the pictures in the listing.

wonderful house

What a great house. It was so clean and comfortable. I stayed in touch in with manager too. Very friendly! We walked every morning in the hood, it was a very safe and clean neighborhood too. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds/ mattresses need to be updated,the sofas are IKEA also need updating. The rest was fine. Brian Meagher was a fine gentleman and will rent from Home rental systems for sure next year.

Everything about this home and the layout was perfect for us. The location was great! We were in a nice quiet neighborhood but also near many restaurants and retail stores that were within a 5-10 minute drive. It is a nice-clean home with a heated pool and all the amenities you can imagine. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay in Cape Coral

House and pool were exactly as pictured and described. We had an awesome stay enjoyng the bikes, the pool, the local Yacht Club and the variety of beaches. We would highly recommend this location.

Clean and modern retreat

This property is amazing. It is very clean and nicely remodeled. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool is nice, and the house also comes with a ping pong table, bikes and kayaks. The property location provides easy access to the river.

Winter respite

We needed to get away from the cold and isolation. We are seniors so we continued to shelter for Covid but took bikes rides, walked, played ping pong. We enjoyed the pool in warmer days

First Time in Cape Coral

The house was exactly as shown in the ad and seeing it up close and personal brought smiles to our faces. Renee was fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better manager. Cape Coral turned out to be a welcome surprise. We all really liked the Town and quiet area we were in. Of course, it helped that Mom Nature did her thing and pool everyday and safe outdoor dining were easy. If I could wish for one thing....it would have been the keys for the boat at our dock.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was a very short week!! Relaxing, wonderful amenities, comfortable beds, perfect for our family and dogs. Fenced in yard was a bonus!! Perfect vacation.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Well stocked with everything we needed. Loved having the bikes to ride. So nice having our own pool. A few things I had to contact Renee about. She was quick to respond and got it taken care of.

Warm pool . tv had Roku . Quiet neighborhood with shopping near. Comfortable beds and good AC. We had a Florida Burrowing Owl next door !! The area is good for walking..
