We had a very nice two weeks in this home. The Hosts were very flexible and easy to work with. We had no issues ,and had no reason to contact them during our stay. The house was very well supplied with really anything we could have needed. Large Kitchen that was very well supplied for any needs that we had. The pool area and the pier were very nice to hang out on,on warm sunny days . Nice to be on the water and watch the boat traffic. The neighborhood was also very nice ,and quiet. It is a great location with many options for dining,and shopping all less than 20 minutes away. Split floorplan was also nice with bedrooms at opposite ends of the house for more privacy . The pool was bigger than most ,and was kept at a nice comfortable temperature. Very comfortable living space for up to 6 adults.

We absolutely loved this rental. Spacious and clean. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed the dock and having morning coffee at the tiki hut. The next door neighbor was very nice and let us know of local places to visit. He even brought over a newspaper for us. We can’t wait to visit again but next time we will stay longer than 10 days.

We were at least very happy with the house. It is beautifully furnished, and the tiki bar is a great place to watch the sunrise on one side and the sunset on the other.On the second day, dolphins swam past in the canal.The furniture under the canopy is very comfortable and we also liked it very much.Communication with the landlord was smooth and very friendly.Here and there, some things could be cleaned better (drawers, cupboards, and some accessories in the kitchen).Wifi was excellent.The pool has a broken spot on the bottom.

Excellent Vacation

This was a great vacation house. It was very clean and a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Beaches and restaurants were all within a short drive. The owners were very accommodating with a late check out for my family as well.

Spent 23 days on site. Loved the house and pool! Everything we needed was included at the house! The area of Cape Coral was easy to access and a lot of fun. Will definitely look at booking again!

Exceptional Florida Destination

The house was perfect for us in every way. The best part was the heated pool and tiki hut on the canal. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors all around.

Cape Coral Getaway

The house was spacious with a great floor plan. The tiki area on the dock was awesome. Sadly the weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of all the property had to offer such as the pool, bikes, etc. but those amenities are great to have.

Wonderful property centrally located!

The house, pool, and lanai were wonderful! We spent our evenings on the lanai and even though it was summer, the two ceiling fans kept it pleasant. We were less than 30 minutes from pretty much all we wanted to do - beach, golf, Fort Myers downtown, etc. GREAT PROPERTY1 Highly recommend it!

Relaxing break

Lovely house, lovely location, very quite but only 5 - 10mins drive to everything you need, supermarket, restaurants, bait shop, shops, etc House was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and aircon worked perfectly. Pool was perfect as was the outside lounge area. I fished off the dock most days caught every time. Saw the manatees most days. We hired a boat for 3 days and brought it back to dock. Was about a 35min to get from the house out the canals to the main river. But spent that time looking at all the houses. Also had dolphins with us some days. Had two kayaks which we used occasionally. Only down side no spare loo rolls and the bikes were not great. That said we’d be back in a heart beat. Awesome stay.

Relaxation

This house has everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. Fishing off the dock, daily visits from manatees, and a wonderful pool. Thank you for everything, we will be back.
