Relaxing

The house was nice and clean in a good neighborhood / location. We liked the larger than average pool. We went fishing off the dock which was fun. Great communication from the Owner/Manager. They should all be like this.

Perfect Family Getaway

Plenty of indoor and outdoor common areas for the entire group to commune. Easy walk to beach, and water ou your back door. Beautiful!

Great property, good location.

The fenced in patio/pool made our ability to enjoy the outdoors so much more enjoyable! The kids loved being able to take a quick walk down the road (sidewalk) to the beach and then back to the house to swim in the pool. Having the garage to keep the car cooler for us for our outings made the trip that much more enjoyable. The home was spacious for our family of 5. Be sure to check the propane at check in if you would like them to refill them. We loved our time at the house and would absolutely stay again.

Home in paradise

Easy check in progress and beautiful home!!! Everything you need for a vacation but never felt like I left home. Pool and dock are better than pictures. Management team for this home where top notch and went above and beyond to make our stay 5 star!!!! Only negatives are need more silverware to go with all the dishes and a 2nd trash can for recycling. The 3rd bathroom on pool deck was perfect to keep the air conditioning in and with all the blinds and drapes kept the house very comfortable. Thank you again for an awesome stay

Great location and clean

House is nice and fit our group of 4 perfectly. A couple things would make our experience of renting better: the grill had no propane and we’re told we had to fill it ourselves if we wanted to use it, so we were bummed about that. The second king bed is a pretty cheap mattress so we didn’t sleep well. The lawn chairs are in poor condition and broken in places so we struggled using them. A couple upgrades and this house would be more worth the money.

Not clean place

I rented it as a non smokers house but the house was smelling cigarettes for days, the garbage was overflowing, smelling bad with a lot of mosquitoes, garage and pool toys room a mess

Family Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation while staying at this property. We spent most of our time in the pool/patio area and enjoyed every second. The pool was perfect! The property supplied many floats and toys for the kids. Also, it supplied chairs, umbrellas, and a small cooler for our beach days. We rented a boat for a day and were able to be picked up on our own dock! Be prepared to shop for household essentials such as soap, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Overall, the property was clean and well put together, though I wouldn’t say spotless. It was a good house for the cost.

Great location

We booked last minute and that was a breeze. Check in was simple. Communication with the property manager was simple and efficient. We rented a pontoon boat for a few days and tied it right at the dock. Access to the Gulf was simple. We could walk 4 minutes to the beach on the river and had lunch at the Boathouse right there. The home had ample space to relax and spread out and my kids lived in the pool all week. We encountered no issues during our stay and we had a great time.

Quiet, And easy!

We planned a very spur of the moment trip and booked 24 hours in advance. Booking and check in was easy. Property manager was prompt in response for any minor issues we had. Overall I was very comfortable with the location, home and neighborhood. A short walk to a restaurant and beach. We had a 3 and 5 year old with us and then adjusted to the house very well and felt right at home! Beach toys and upbrella as well as pool toys were a great surprise to find available for us to use! Only note was the propane tank for the grill was empty but it didn’t affect our stay at all and it didn’t warrant me to need it.

Cape Coral

We used the house as a “home base” to visit area beaches- Sanibel, Fort Myers (Bowditch), Barefoot Beach, and Marco Island. We ended up spending 2 of our 7 night stay in a hotel on Marco. The house did have a pool which was nice for the kids as I prepared for the beach or for downtime after. Within a block or so is a River beach, at which we enjoyed a beautiful sunset one night. The location is fine if you’re there to enjoy the town of East Cape Coral, which does have restaurants, cafes, bars, etc, that looked cool. Ordered from Two Meatballs in a Kitchen and was very pleasantly surprised by their pizza (especially being from NJ). So the house has some positives going for it, but I’d never stay there again. It did not come close to my standard of clean and needs many updates. We toured Sanibel with a guy and his boat (hourly rate, great time, highly recommend), and he was upset how filthy our feet were and marking up his boat. The runners of sliding glass door were disgusting with hair, dirt, red sticky stuff,...And I understand it’s FL, but having family there, I’ve been there twice a year for 40 years, all over the state, and have never seen roaches in a house where I’m staying (let alone twice in one week, second time after pest control was called). Needs a deep clean. I did ask about relocating but never received a response- understand it’s a busy time and my other issues were responded to. Staying somewhere else for two nights, I was able to get through it, but it was pretty bad. Again, my standards are pretty high, so if those things are not your priority, then it’s a good location for East Cape Coral downtown- friendly neighborhood- felt safe.

Nice place, perfect location!

Property was great! We loved that you can walk to the beach and the boat house tiki hut bar. Would definitely stay again. Pool is big, dock is great for boating and canal location is excellent.

Spectacular Villa Belair

We spent a week at this wonderful property directly on the channel in Cape Coral. The house is lovely. Nicely decorated, with a warm, inviting feeling the moment that you walk in. (A perfect home away from home). It is well equipped with everything that you need., including spices and cooking essentials. The pool table is a great evening closer and TVs were plentiful for a movie break. We thoroughly enjoyed the dock area (including a visit from a dolphin) and the screened porch/pool was a fan favorite.. The general area is very quaint...just a short walk to the yacht club/public beach, Boathouse Tiki Bar and the beautiful waters of the Caloosahatchee. We rented a boat and easily navigated the channel, up to Manatee Island (where the manatees did not disappoint) and back to the shoreline of the Gulf. Our day trips included the various islands and down to the Everglades (just over an hour to start in Everglade City). There is a plethora of local restaurants, sightseeing, various things to rent, and shopping near/in Cape Coral and Fort Myers...you will not be bored! We highly recommend the Metro Diner for the best breakfast, hands down...the Boathouse Tiki Bar (just down the street) for a great place to lunch with a view...and renting a boat, at least for the day, is well worth the money. Thank you Les & Sandy for an easy process during arrival and departure. We hope to be back soon!

Fabulous family vacation

This property was just what we were looking for. A nice large home for 6 adults and an infant. 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen) all with TV's. Although the digital boxes did not work in the smaller bedrooms, the smart TV's did have Netflix which was just fine for our children. The WiFi (Xfinity) was blazing fast at more than 150 Mbps, however, we did have a power outage on our last night that knocked out the cable/internet for a few hours and could not get the passwords to work after that. Our property managers (Les and Sandy) were very helpful to assist any time we had issues. The house felt very spacious and we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine on the kitchen table. The pool was heated to 85 degrees and we experienced a few instances of a "FLO" fault on the pump probably due to a blocked filter. Les was there to remedy the problem. The lanai was clean and completely enclosed by fine screen to keep pests out. The grill was a nice option we used for a cookout one evening and were happy to have a full propane tank available. One of the full bathrooms is part of the lanai and is a good place to shower without tracking sand and pool water back into the house. Leading to the lanai was a large, glass, two panel sliding door that had some wear on the rollers making it slightly difficult to open. The kitchen had plenty of amenities for all our cooking needs including glass top stove, griddle, electric fry pan, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, blender, bakeware, tupperware, etc. The master bath was quite large with dual sinks, two mirrored closets with sliding doors (the property owner's closet was unavailable) and a spacious shower stall with two shower heads (one being handheld). The toilet was separate behind a pocket door. The master bedroom was cozy and clean yet the bed was a bit firm for our taste. A sliding glass door opened from the master bedroom to the lanai as did a sliding door from one of the smaller bedrooms. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating with a full pullout sofa, love seat and chair/ottoman. The Vizio ~50" HDTV included had an attached DVD player and sound system which we did not use. The back of the property abutted a canal with a dock and boat lift with boat (unavailable for use) that we attempted to fish from but had no luck. The two car garage had 4 bicycles, an unavailable watercraft, 2 sets of golf clubs, tennis gear, beach umbrellas. Walking distance to the Boat House Tiki bar and Yatch CLub.
