The house is very clean and is nicely decorated and furnished. We liked the pool, being on a canal, and use of the garage. The owner Tony, and manager Sylvia were great to work with! The house is on a quiet street and in a great location. We will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Coral home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool was definitely a highlight! We spent hours swimming and enjoying every day. The property manager was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made check-in and our entire stay so easy. The location was perfect too, close to family and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Overall, our trip was incredible, and we would definitely stay here again!

quiet and relxing holiday home

The location of the holiday home is excellent. We hardly saw any neighbors, so it's very secluded and undisturbed—except for the occasional bunny hopping past the pool. The house was very clean and the rooms nicely furnished. The kitchen utensils could have been a bit more plentiful. I love to cook, and I missed having a second, larger frying pan.One small downside: it's not allowed to take the provided bath towels to the beach, so we had to bring our own from home.Still, we really enjoyed our vacation and would love to book again right away!

Suited Our Need

This cozy home was located in a quiet neighborhood ideal for our adventures throughout Cape Coral, Ft Myers, and Pine Island and beyond. The pool was great to use as well as having secure parking. We would definitely consider renting the home again.

Beautifully peaceful

Beautiful canal views with a pool and full wall slider to patio. 3 bed 2 bath fully furnished and everything you hope it would be! Close to downtown social district and all shopping needs were very close. Tony (Owner) and Sylvia (property mgr) were both amazing to work with. I HIGHLY this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Cape Coral. RECOMMEND

winter getaway

My husband and I stayed at this property for 36 days.This is a very nice property. Quiet neighborhood and nice location. The owner seems like a very nice guy. The only problem we experienced was the couch and loveseat. It is very worn down and uncomfortable. We propped pillows in bed and watched TV in there because it was so uncomfortable. I complained to Sylvia the property manager the first week we were there and was told she would tell the owner. I found out from the owner the last few days we were there she never told him. Hopefully he deals with her about this. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place as long as they replace the sofa and loveseat. Tina L

Terrific family vacation

A great stay for our family. What a comfortable vacation home set in a safe quiet neighborhood. Everyday we made use of the bikes included with the rental. The large pool covered by the lanai overlooking the canal was the daily family hangout. Sylvia the property manager was always available to answer any questions we had. Tony the owner was most accommodating when we had to extend our stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Looking forward to a return stay,

Overall a great house

Excellent things - pool area (lots of space, sunbeds, pool toys & nice pool), lots of crockery, cutlery, glasses, plastic storage etc, very comfortable beds, easy check in & check out, quiet location on a nice canal (although a fair way out). We had a couple of issues - on the day we arrived the kitchen tap broke & although we were given a temporary fix it still wasn't replaced when we left 14 days later & when used it sprayed water everywhere. Also (not the owners fault) the neighbour's pool pump was very loud & run constantly, so there was no sitting quietly by the pool (I think they replaced it on the day we left!) The bath was blocked with hair when we arrived & the BBQ is very old & held together by tin foil (but does work).

Nice Stay at Villa South Palms

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Villa South Palms in April. The weather was perfect. The home is situated on a canal in a quiet section of Cape Coral. It is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed using the heated pool nearly every day. The view of the canal from the lanai was nice. The home living area opened to the lanai through broad sliding glass doors giving the home an outdoor feeling. The owner, Tony, was very professional and easy to work with. We enjoyed the bikes, although they were a bit small for adult males. We would definitely recommend Villa South Palms for a Florida vacation.

Excellent villa!

We are 4 adults who have spent the last 6 years visiting the Gulf coast from Northport to Fort Myers. Finally we have found a place that ticks all the boxes. Everything you could want in the villa and a very convenient location, for the airport, for beaches and for shopping. Two outstanding features, firstly the pool is beautifully warm with solar heating backed up by electric heating if needed. It gets direct sun virtually the entire day and has plenty of area around the pool to sit in the sun or in shade. Secondly, despite the covenant location it is really peaceful and quiet, we could sit out in the evening and near hear virtually nothing, so relaxing. If you are like us you go to Florida for being outdoors not sitting in the villa, so these two features made the whole holiday very special. What better recommendation can anyone give than to book to back again!

Hated to Leave!

Just spent five wonderful, relaxing weeks at Villa South Palms; we hated to leave! This was our first visit to Cape Coral and found the villa very conveniently located and in good area...a quiet area. Loved being on a quiet canal...and the neighbors were great. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Used the pool almost daily...the only days we didn't was because of weather, so we explored the area those days. The temperature of the pool was perfect...morning, noon and night. There are plenty of pool floats, noodles, etc. and very comfortable pool furniture. Found some good restaurants,, and Fort Meyer was a hop, skip, and a jump away and Estero/Bonita Springs just a short drive south. The villa's owner was very responsive to our needs. We experienced a minor plumbing problem, but I notified the owner Sunday...the plumber was there the next morning! The pool and yard are well maintained. One small but important thing...it was very convenient having a garage door opener! When we checked in, the rental manager told us to enjoy the house as if it were ours, and we did...thoroughly. We wouldn't hesitate to rent the villa again.
