Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Cape Coral. Nicoles Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war toll. Bei Fragen stand uns unkompliziert eine deutschsprachige Verwalterin zur Seite. Wir können die Buchung bei Nicole uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Overall we had a good stay! Surprise was the additional charges for electricity! Property mgr reads meter at beginning & end of stay! We stayed the month of May “25” and the bill was well over 300! Resturants & Grocery stores are very expensive!I don’t believe I would stay in this areas home again, too expensive!

Beware there’s an additional electrical fee AFTER your trip is complete!

There is a tiny blurb in the contract about “power” conveniently located after a comment stating they speak German. It doesn’t provide an amount per kW. I missed it when booking. We arrived at the home late-2am to all lights on plus a TV on! We were then greeted by BMI management company at 930am to read the meter and let us know there was a spike in usage. Halfway through the trip they called for my credit card number to pay for our electricity usage. I reached out to the owner because BMI property management couldn't elaborate on the charge. The owner explained it was for power but did not tell us our usage or what the cost per watts is or would be. I provided a few suggestions to the owner: 1 Don’t leave all sorts of lights on and TVs when no one is there. 2- don’t leave pamphlets stating you need to keep the temp between 72-85 if the renter is paying. 3- either add an additional fee for transparency (there are already 2 others exceeding 500) or provide the cost per kw in the original contract to draw a bit of attention to the fact that there WILL be an additional charge for electrical usage. She never spoke to any suggestion, just asked for her money again. We left that house as clean as it was when we got there and obeyed the 72degree rule despite it being humid in the house. The total for the week for 3 people was 93 in electric. Nicole provided a 50 credit after my complaint bringing it to 43. Transparency please!

Perfect getaway

We had an amazing time at the beautiful Villa Seven Palms. The villa had everything we needed for us and our 8 month old baby, with the pool area perfect, and we were able to enjoy the pool into the early evening. The villa is in a great location, with Rotary park as well as the Marina in walking distance. There were plenty of supermarkets a short drive away as well as lots of beautiful parks close by. We had the most perfect evenings at the yacht club watching the spectacular sunsets. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Die Villa 7Palms ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Schöner Pool und schöne Gegend. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sogar zwei Fahrräder. Check-in und Check-out beides auf Deutsch möglich, da deutsche Hausverwaltung. Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Very clean property

Lovely home, clean, nice pool. Only downside is lack of cable tv in living room, (4 English speaking channels only) Streaming was available , but on bedroom tv only. Otherwise nice rental.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist einfach nur traumhaft. Für einen Strandbesuch sind auch Utensilien vorhanden. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Cape Coral gelegen. Werde ich wieder buchen. Nette Kommunikation mit den Besitzern bzw. der Verwaltungsfirma. Checkin ist einfach über einen Schlüsselkasten möglich.

Ein tolles Haus für Familien in zentraler und ruhiger Lage

Wir waren mit unseren Teenager Kindern für drei Wochen in der Villa Seven Palms und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber, besitzt eine tolle und umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, draußen befindet sich ein großzügiger Pool, der wöchentlich gereinigt wird und die Betten waren unglaublich bequem. Wir können das Haus jedem weiterempfehlen! Die Umgebung bietet jede Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu den Stränden ist man schnell mit dem Auto gefahren. Tagesausflüge in weitere Regionen Floridas lassen sich von Cape Coral gut organisieren. Wir haben unseren Urlaub rundum genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Family holiday

We spent a lot of time in the pool. Loved how it had lights for night time- we swam every night! Beautiful outdoor area with lots of furniture and pool toys. There was so much open space inside for family time. It was really nice to have the room. We also loved all the patio doors that opened to the pool area. Tv's did not work well but weren't really there to watch tv. Would have been nice to have laundry detergent available. These are very picky, little things. Our stay was fabulous!

It is clear that this property is well run and managed as the kitchen is well stocked with the tools to cook with and although we had no children with us, we did notice all the toys, beach toys, and games available. It is a nice big house.

My boyfriend and I stayed here and couldn’t be happier. This place is truly the perfect vacation home away from home. Spacious enough if you came with a family, yet still cozy enough for a couple. Everything was very clean, plenty of towels and all extra amenities were available. Check in/check out was very easy, and the management company responded quickly to any questions we had about the place upon our arrival. Definitely looking forward to coming back to this place.
