Welcome to Villa Rose, a charming off-water vacation rental in the heart of Cape Coral, available from November through the end of May. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space for up to 6 guests, this villa is perfect for families or small groups looking for a relaxing Florida getaway.

We are a professional local property management company and are available 24/7 if needed.
Our property manager will stop by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any questions you may have.
You will have the entire house to yourself and will not need to share any spaces. Check-in is self-service via a lockbox code, which will be sent to you one week before your arrival.



Villa Rose is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, offering a quiet and relaxing setting while still being close to local attractions, dining, shopping, and beautiful beaches. The area is ideal for guests looking to enjoy privacy and comfort while remaining conveniently connected to everything the region has to offer.

You’ll have the best of both worlds - a tranquil place to unwind at the house and easy access to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, and outdoor activities. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a seasonal getaway, or a longer stay, the neighborhood provides a welcoming and convenient home base.

One week prior to your arrival, we will provide all the information you need for a smooth check-in. We will also arrange a convenient time for a brief meet-and-greet at the house with our property manager.
Throughout your stay, our property manager will be available by phone or email to assist with any questions or needs.


Spend your days enjoying the heated pool, lounging in the outdoor sitting area, or sharing meals in the outdoor dining space. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole group, including a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in one guest room, and bunk beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms feature TVs for added comfort and convenience.
Located in the heart of Cape Coral, Villa Rose is close to shopping and dining, and just 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, making it a great home base for both relaxation and adventure.


The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present throughout the reservation.
In the winter months, the pool heaters are preset to 86°F for your arrival. You are welcome to adjust the temperature to your liking during your stay.
