Beautiful home for carefree and relaxing vacation!

Home is beautiful with lots of room and privacy for everyone. Pool and patio are great with perfect view of the water for dolphin and boat watching. Great dock for fishing and boating. Property manager Chris is super responsive. Host Nicole is great to work with.

Pretty good stay

This was our second stay for our family vacation, which included my husband, 3 kids (ages 4,11,13), along with my mom and dad. The layout of the house was absolutely perfect for a family our size, and the location was great. My kids had fun fishing off the dock, we spotted dolphins in the canal, and it was fun watching all the boats past by. There were a few pain points, with the biggest issue of our stay being that the pool was a very cold 72 degrees when we arrived. The property manager’s directions were very unclear, so it took over 2 days for the pool to be useable which was not ideal. We also noticed the house definitely saw wear and tear from renters since the last time we were there 4 years ago. The outside of the house especially is in desperate need of paint and a good power washing. The dock was in pretty rough condition, and needs repair.We ate most meals at the house over our 7 night stay, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Guests will definitely need to purchase paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher tablets (if you cook). We had to buy toilet paper on the 2nd day of our stay, which was odd compared to other VRBOs I’ve stayed in. Overall I would still consider it to be a good place to stay, especially if the owner made some updates.

Great House, perfect location

Spent Christmas here this year, and was was perfect. About 10 mins by boat out of the canals, and right at the start of the miserable mile. Nice pool and hot tub with a large dock. If I had to pick out one small issue it would be that the pool was in service mode prior to our arrival, and in December that meant the pool was about 70. It took a solid day and a half before the kids could comfortably swim. Once the pool was warm it was perfect for the reat of the stay. House had everything you need to cook, and is a 3 min drive to Publix. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place in this area. We have large family and had pleanty of space in the house. iserservice mode

Perfect home for a family vacation

Home is beautiful with plenty of room and privacy. Location is right on the water with boats and wildlife to watch as they pass by. Easy dock access for a boat. Host is easy to work with and so accommodating. Chris the property manager is great-always responds immediately and takes care of any issues. Pet friendly is a plus!

Great Location and amazing Property!

This house has everything we needed. The property is amazing, the views in the canal are amazing. We saw an alligator swimming, manatees, and plenty of fish, we even saw a bald eagle flying. Amazing week and great property. My son enjoyed fishing from the dock all week.

Our Happy Place

This property is a wonderful place to stay! There are 2 primary suites with King beds and 2 smaller bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. The 3rd bathroom has access to the pool as well as to the hall inside. The open concept kitchen/living area is perfect for gathering and conversation. Just about everything you need is supplied by the owner. I do bring a crockpot for use on busy golf or beach days. It is nice to have dinner ready when you get home. The lanai and pool area is a favorite spot. So peaceful and beautiful. Dolphins and an occasional Manatee can be seen in the canal; although this year we did not see as many. We always look forward to staying at Dolphin View. The owner and the property manager are fantastic to work with.

Excellent property, will return

We enjoyed the stay so much we have already booked our return. This is a spacious, ranch-style home with two generous master suites, comfortable furniture, and an open plan kitchen and living room. The long dock affords a pleasant water view beyond the pool. Cool weather this trip meant we only used the hot tub, but that was well-liked by all. Great communication with both the owner and the local property manager.

Sehr schön geschnittenes Haus in schöner Lage nahe zum Fluss. Beide Bootslifte waren nicht zu benutzen aber am Steg ist genug Platz. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Kleiner Kritikpunkt die gesteuerte Außenbeleuchtung.

Property is just as advertised and displayed. The interior is a bit dated but that was not an issue and I would not hesitate renting it again. The property manager was very friendly, personable, and available. One small leak we had was repaired immediately. I liked the location - near a main canal so lots of boats to watch.

A Peaceful Retreat

Dolphin View is a wonderful place to stay. The owners and property manager are very detailed oriented. They are always improving the property, which, by the way, does not need much improvement. There are two master suites with king beds and 2 smaller bedrooms with queen beds. The kitchen is open to the dining & living areas with easy access to the large lanai and pool. We love watching the many boats coming and going on the canals and seeing dolphins near the dock. We even saw a manatee in the canal this year. Can't saw enough about this property. Love it!

Great Holiday vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house, the view is even better than pictures. The location is very close to the Marina, restaurants, and Publix. House is well equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, and coolers. Pool is very large, and spa was a welcomed plus during the colder than usual Christmas holiday. We would definitely stay again.
