Villa near Cape Harbor, with large pool, whirlpool

The elegant villa is located in the southernmost and most interesting part of Cape Coral. Dream view of the water: It is one of the few plots on the Nimrod Canal. From the dock and the 25-meter captains walk you can watch dolphins and manetees, go fishing and enjoy the view of the tropical garden with palm trees.
The extraordinarily large plots of land in the neighborhood guarantee you peace and privacy.

A special variant for family friends:
You can spend your vacation with friends and still maintain your privacy: Simply rent for max. 16 people our two neighboring houses dolphin view (2451400) and blue marlin (2463457).

In just a few minutes you can reach the Gulf of Mexico via the sailboat canal, without bridges - a dream for all boaters. You can moor your boat directly at the in-house dock or on one of the two boat lifts.

The Villa Dolphin View was extensively renovated by us in summer 2015 and furnished very tastefully. The high-quality kitchen with a granite worktop, wine fridge and central hob leaves nothing to be desired. The luxurious ambience of the villa is not comparable to usual holiday homes, since we also use the villa privately. It has only been rented to holiday guests since the end of 2015.
The living area is approximately 250sqm. The large glass fronts flood the rooms with light. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely.
All rooms are equipped with TV and fans. Two separate ones
Master areas are equipped with private bathrooms, bedrooms with king-size beds and walk-in closets. Perfect for vacationing with two families or visiting grandparents. Two lovingly furnished queen size bedrooms with the themes 'Seastar' and 'Blue Ocean' are a dream for children! Our own four children were involved in the room design.

The spacious terrace with a heated pool and whirlpool is covered in the dining area.
A large gas grill, pool lighting and comfortable lounge chairs invite you to cozy barbecues on the terrace.
Beach chairs, beach towels, a cool box and a parasol are available for your beach excursions.
