Beautiful home on a canal

Very clean, well stocked and great screened in pool.We had our grandchildren visit and there was plenty of room for everyone. Master bedroom was exceptional and very comfortable bed. Nice neighborhood for our morning walks.

The house is very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Love the saltwater pool and screened in back deck. My only critique is that the adult bicycles need an upgrade.

Lovely home with all the amenities you could ever need.

Great Family Vacation House!

We had a wonderful trip as a family of 7—several adults and a toddler. This house is equipped with everything you would want for a vacation. The kitchen has many utensils, there are a ton of pool, kitchen and shower towels in the house, pots, pans, etc. We were also so impressed with how many beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, pails, beach umbrellas and other items came with the property. Any questions we had during our stay were answered promptly by the hosts too. The house and lanai are so spacious. Great experience overall!

Excellent!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Villa Lucia! The property was very clean and well-stocked with all that we would need as far as kitchen items, beach towels and bath towels, etc. The pool was so nice to have right out the patio doors and the view of the canal was an added bonus! The management/owner communicated well and were willing to answer any question or meet any needs that we had. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area!

Cape Coral Fun Vacation

We've rented many VRBOs and this one by far was excellent. Kitchen, bathroom were well equipped and cleanliness was excellent; pool area was great! Would definitely stay there again and also recommend to others. Good location, close to stores and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay.

Absolutely loved this place. Just as advertised. Of course, there were remnants of issues with last years hurricane, but those issues were just cosmetic. It had everything we needed and the place was very clean. Ice maker in the freezer wasn’t working when we got there and they had someone come over right away to fix the issue. Neighbors were very nice, one even yelled for me to hurry to the canal so I could see a manatee between the boat ramps. Just a wonderful place to stay and ownership was very accommodating. Already looking at next years trip and will definitely be staying at the same place. For sure.

Best management I have ever dealt with!

The house was as pictured. The binder that was provided was excellent. Close to everything. Pool heat and electricity were included which is a plus when renting in this area. We were able to set the pool heat to our desired temperature This area is still recovering from the hurricane but this house was immaculate and in mint condition. Andrea was the best! I would rent here again.

So Inviting!

Absolutely loved the property, everything was spotless and clean, very comfortable beds. So enjoyed the swimming pool and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed. Plenty of towels and wonderful to have access to the garage and garage door opener Very well equipped and would love to come and stay again.

This property truly is a beautiful as the pictures. My wife and I booked this property for our anniversary trip and loved it. The property is very well maintained. The owner has a notebook with helpful information for local restaurants and attractions. The owner was also very helpful with answering any questions we had. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again.

“Diamond” for the week

Wonderful Trip!

Very clean property! Beds very comfortable, but squeaky in all rooms. Kitchen well stocked. Our teens loved the pool area and fishing/kayaking. Plenty of areas to eat and play. Publix and Walmart nearby. We traveled to Bonita beach and Captiva for gulf waters max 45 min drive. Very happy with stay. Property manager very nice and responsive owner. Would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful stay

Property was great. Beautiful house. Great pool area. I loved the master bedroom/ bathroom very spacious. We kayaked down the canal every morning and even seen some manatees. Would definitely stay again!

This was a fantastic vacation with family and friends. The pool was amazing and the neighborhood was great - friendly people and convenient to everything we needed.
