Friends get away

This property is amazing! It is even more beautiful in person! We did a friend’s trip for spring break here. We loved all having our own rooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We had trouble getting the hot tub to warm at first but Harald and the property manager were extremely helpful and made sure it was working properly. Any questions we had were answered right away. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

Perfect vacation! Perfect house!

As a group of 4 couples 50 to 70 years of age this house couldn't have been better!! Every bedroom suite was HUGE complete with bathrooms! Our favorite part of the house was of course the patio and pool!!! Being from Missouri where the temps are frigid right now the 80 degree days around the pool were just perfect! The owner was wonderful to work with and the property manager was just the best!! There are just not enough words to express how wonderful this experience was! Thanks again to the owner for sharing this beautiful home with us!!

Truly Outstanding

Villa Juhara is a spectacular place to stay. We were fortunate enough to stay here for a week after a busy 2 weeks in Orlando visiting the theme parks. It was a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the facilities and local area. The villa has been built and furnished to the very highest standards but it is also incredibly practical and has everything you could ever need to make a holiday property feel like a home. So clean, so modern and so comfortable. The location In Cape Coral is very good and it is situated on one of the beautiful canals and provides amazing sunset views in the evening. The neighborhood was lovely and also very quiet during our stay and it provided a great base to visit Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers. We loved making use of the swimming pool as a family and the outdoor space is perfect. Harald was great throughout, very good with communications all the way from booking the property last year. He also helped us greatly by accommodating a late check out on our day of departure. Tanja was also very helpful and was on hand in Cape Coral to help with anything we needed. One of the very best holiday homes I have ever stayed in and I hope we will be back at Villa Juhara in the next few years.

Spectacular!

What an amazing place! The rooms are huge and very spacious. The beds are so comfortable. The entire pool area is just WOW! The villa is in immaculate condition and has every modern convenience you could ever need. You must take advantage of the Sonos sound system throughout the house and pool area. It is great! The location is close to everything. The dock is huge as well. We rent a boat every year and going to Sanibel/Captiva was effortless and the easiest trek from any location in this area that we've ever had. Thanks Harald!

Great Home! Great Location!

The property is absolutely amazing! The location is close to so many of the attractions including Forth Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva, Venice Beach, and so many good restaurants in and around Cape Coral. The house was spacious and our family enjoyed all of the modern amenities. The best part had to be the infinity pool and outdoor space!!

Annual Easter Trip

We have been vacationing in the area for the past 7 years around the same time. This we think is the best place we have stayed yet! Well stocked kitchen! 5 master suites each with their own thermostats. Main level entry. The double beds and suite on 2nd floor perfect for the family and kids. Massive sliders that open the entire living space to feel like you were outside at all times. Great for watching the kids. Huge pool area, plenty of comfortable seating and large dining table outside next to the grill and outdoor kitchen. Very well built with lots of extras and modern touches! Highly recommend!

2024 Spring Break

Villa Juhara was exactly as advertised, house was very clean and very well equipped for our entire family. Kitchen had anything would need to prepare food, outdoor grill was excellent. Pool/hot tube where also well equipped for the kids of all ages. Also a added plus was the boat dock behind house with room for your boat. House floor plan was very well laid out. Our entire family really enjoyed our stay.

Exceeded our expectations! Can’t wait to go back!

Not only is the property owner top notch but the house is absolutely awesome! Brand new house that exceeded out expectations. The living area out to the pool is set up perfectly. Every room is spacious with great bathrooms and closet space. Loved renting paddle boards and the dock that steps down is easy access in and out of the water. Would love to stay here again!

Spring break 2023

Had a wonderful stay at Juhara! There were two families (eight total)… had plenty of room, enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio! Very clean and well equipped house. Harold and Melanie and great and super responsive!
