Grear location and amenities. Tastful comfortable furnishing and everything you needed in the kitchen. Pool and spa and outdoor kitchen area were well maintained and clean. The support from management was prompt, efficent and personal. We were very pleased with our stay here and will be back.

Wonderful Comfortable Well Appointed Home

Stayed a little over 1 month and have nothing but good things to say about this home. Wonderful location, great pool, excellent lani, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

Great Weather

Booked for a week to get out of the cold. House was nice. Stocked well with pans and utensils. Great location close to stores. Not too far from Sanibel. There was major dock construction straight across the canal which made back yard and pool unusable as they had a barge pounding in pools all day for 3 days. Honestly the house was usable because it was so loud. I would guess they will be done in a few weeks. Luckily weather was good so we just left for the day, but the two best days for the pool for us didnt work out. Also a new house is being built next door. There were no workers there during our stay. The 1 ply toilet paper and a half a roll of paper towels was an issue but publix is right up the street. We also were only left with 1 detergent for doing the laundry. Also the check out walk through I have never seen before in all my VRBO stays. Hot tub worked great for evening.

Excellent property

We truly enjoyed staying at this property. The house was exactly as advertised, and met all of our needs. Being right on the water way was nice. We watched boats pass all the time, and enjoyed playing in the pool and hot tub. We loved being able to have our dog with us. My daughter liked that all the games were on site. We visited sanibel, ft myers, and took a boat tour of the bay. It was very relaxing and central to all the things we wanted to do.

nic quiet house

The house was as described and included many items to make the stay easy. For example, a basic supply of spices was on hand in addition to nice cookware.. Bicycles, air mattresses, and pumps to inflate them if needed were all there. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but close to main roads. A grocery was very nearby. Unfortunately, the pool screen enclosure was being rebuilt while we were there so we lost several days at the pool. The property manager was very reasonable about compensating for that. There is a walk thru check out which is not bad, but this is the only VRBO out of the many we have done over the past 30 years that has had one. Also they are very particular about their grill. If you use it you have to clean it up (not just brush the grates). The kitchen lighting is pretty poor. The "modern" style furniture is pretty low to the floor (for people who have trouble standing up from the sofa), We had a chance to talk with the manager about these things during our walk thru. We would go there again and would recommend it.

Great vacation!

The electric charge is my only complaint. The entire house is electric including the pool heater . Tv and everything else was on when we got there . So much that uses electric that runs all the time . Was a beautiful house beautiful pool loved everything about it!

Loved the house and pool!

Everything was great except for the electricity allowance of $35 for the week. The dryer took forever to dry and after a couple of loads of towels and beach towels the over allowance was pretty high.

Great Home in Perfect Location!

House was perfect for 2 teenagers and 2 adults. The children enjoyed riding their bikes to the shops in the area and getting pizza. The pool and spa were amazing and the view was incredible. We cannot wait to return!

This property was amazing, we would definitely stay here again.

Check is was easy, the property was well maintained and the view was amazing! The only issue was no beach gear but we bought our own and left what we could travel with. This was definitely one of our favorite properties we have stayed at through VRBO.

Excellent!!!

The house was spotless, the neighborhood was quiet, the kids loved the pool area! I was able to fish directly off the dock even managed to land a few fish!). We had 2 Manatee swim out from under our dock while we were standing out there! I would highly recommend this property.
