Nice house, but the boat lift was not working!, the main reason we picked this house was to get direct access to the river and avoid canals, not mention the inconvenient logistic to park the car and back and forth to the boat renal place. This house worth definitely less without the lift to park the boat. Our last night dinner, the bbq propane run out while we were grilling the food, it happens but the backup tank was empty!!! I text to you and the answer was “buy another one and we will reimburse it” … Really guys!!! This is not professional at all, but do not advise about the lift was the non acceptable stuff.

Lovely home with lots of space

Lovely location for a relaxing stay. The area had been subject to terrible storms prior to our arrival. Bug screens had been replaced for our visit which was important. Only downside there was only 4 workable sun loungers for a group of 6. Owners did contact us but we're unable to sort during our stay.

Super nice place right down the street from the sandy beach and boathouse restaurant and marina incredible views Super impressive master bed and bath plus 2 more ensuites with full baths. Minutes from ft Myers and great restaurants (highly recommend prime 239)

Very good. Fantastic location. Overlooking the bay was great. Everyone appreciated the bedroom/bathroom combinations. Pool was terrific - we used it everyday. Very close to the yacht club and beach. Just far enough away for privacy and close enough for a quick walk. Ideal vacation

Lovely view of the river

Stayed here many years ago and it’s just the same. Lovely house and most importantly for us lovely view of the river with boats going past. House is very well situated for the boat house and tiki bar. Lovely villa though just needs a little tlc and definitely new sofas in main tv lounge. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. First time without a boat but it was very relaxing. Most of the villas still seem to have no boat docks after the last hurricane. For what we paid we were very happy.

2023 family vacation

The house and property is beautiful, i could have stayed there forever. The dock is not there which is disappointing, it has now been added to the description, was not on there when i booke. There were a few things tha5 need attention. But over all the place is great.

Beautiful stay!

This house is just perfect for 6 people. We all had plenty of space, pool was beautiful, and hot tub was warm! The view is excellent! Maybe could use a few more pool towels and kitchen towels but we made it work. Would definitely suggest this home for a vacation!

Perfect for boating.

House was great. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Kitchen had everything you could need to cook. Lawn and outside very nicely landscaped and manicured. Landscapers, pool, and pest control workers all visited and worked @ the house briefly with no interference to us. Garage was also nice and spacious to park 2 cars easily. Heated pool and spa were so refreshing after all day boating and traveling to the beaches. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens provided for the week. Sitting in the mornings on the upper terrace drinking coffee looking out at the water was so relaxing! The best part was the location of the house with dock and boat lift. Fishing from the dock and being able to lift and dock our rented boat for the week was the ticket. To traverse the river and head out to the Gulf was nothing more than a15- 20 minute excursion. Go left after the bridge and go to Ft. Meyers beach. Go straight and visit Sanibel and Captiva Island. Too very simple and easy even for inexperienced boaters. Just follow all the other boats doing the same thing!! Hope to stay again!

Location was stellar

Great stay and loved the home. The outside in back was spectacular. The hot tub was broken for the whole stay but kept heating the pool into the high 90s but theres not much they could do since the pump was on backorder due to covid so really nobody's fault. the only other suggestions to the owner is to add a second trash can, add extra pillows (1 pillow per person makes it rough to sit up and read.) Those small things aside, we loved the place, the location, amenities, dock, and everything else were fantastic. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful View Beautiful Home

This roomy home was so wonderful. We loved the king sized beds in every room! The long dock allowed for spectacular pictures. The heated pool was wonderful.. House was clean and comfortable. We will stay again

Great view

The house is clean and as pictured. There’s a separate thermostat for the master’s bedroom located in the bedroom itself. (Didn’t realize it till the next day). Caught a lot of undersized fishes, mangroves, trout, snook, pin fish, stingray and catfish. 4x our lines broke off though so must have some big fishes too. Anyways, use live shrimp on a very small hook size 4-6 Aberdeen and let it float with the current or drop down without a weight. The house have 5 rods with top load reels, pail, styrofoam ice chest, 2 bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, several floats, and a huge crab trap. Lots of bugs at night time and no pier light for night time fishing but the screen around the pool area keeps the bugs out so you can enjoy the pool even at night. You can walk to the Cape Coral pier just 0.2miles away for 24 hr fishing free of charge if you like. We like Fort Myers beach better than Sanibel or Siesta beach which had dead fishes on shore due to red tide. Would recommend eating at lobster lady and Ford’s garage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property

This is an amazing property. My family and I have stayed at several houses in the area and this house was by far our favorite!! Amazing view, beautiful lanai with a heated pool and hot tub. This house exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay here again.

Paradise found at Villa Bel Air

My family of 4 was just looking for some stress free downtime - a stay-cation more or less. The moment we walked in the front door the view blew us away. We spent the majority of our time by the pool, on the Veranda and on the dock. It's a very peaceful neighborhood, walking distance to the Yacht Club which we frequented for breakfast and another time to watch the sunset. The hot tub is a REAL hot tub, so relaxing to sit in it at night and watch the moon and the stars. We spoke with Erin several times with questions and she bent over backwards to help make our trip all that it was, I can't say enough about how wonderful she was. There are only 3 things I can think of that I would recommend changing, and they are minor. The pillows in master bedroom are not comfortable, you can't sit up in bed with them and watch TV, not comfortable for sleeping either. The kitchen could use a couple more dishtowels and a dish strainer because not everything can go in the dishwasher. Would absolutely stay in this beautiful home again, my family was sorry to have to leave it. We all highly recommend booking it, definately a 10!
