We stayed at this location last year and it was lovely, so this was a return trip for us! It was very good again. The neighbor is also very friendly, helping us out when the pool malfunctioned (management system top blew off due to heat exposure over time). The management team was very efficient in getting the proper people over and it was fixed the same day! Overall, an excellent trip again.

Värden var mycket trevlig, huset är verkligen perfekt för tre par eller sex personer. Poolområdet var så fint och solnedgången snett mot kanalen var jättevacker. Huset ligger i sydligt läge vilket gör att du har sol vid poolen hela dagen. Det var gott om utrustning i köket, glas av många olika slag, som räckte till alla. Vi har hyrt många hus i Cape Cotal genom åren men detta är nog faktiskt det bästa!Frida med familj

House is exactly as advertised. First Rate. I've stayed in Cape Coral several times and this house is the best. Everything works as it should. Easy to use controls for the hot tub and pool. All the slider doors work with ease. Having the ability to open all the sliders at once really opens up the living/patio area. Having 2 king beds is uncommon and the private bathrooms for each bedroom is an important amenity. Loved the shower and large vanity in the master bath which allowed my wife and I the ability to get ready at the same time. Parking our vehicle in the garage was a bonus as well. Having the master and the 2nd bedroom on opposite sides of the house is great for a little privacy and quiet. Kitchen is loaded with anything we needed to cook our own meals. Great communication before, during and after our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Unser Urlaub in der Villa Alani war einfach wunderbar!Das Haus ist von der Lage, der Ausstattung und der Größe wirklich toll, wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.Der Kontakt mit Silvi vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr nett, sie hat uns einige hilfreiche Empfehlungen geben können bzgl. Essen, Aktivitäten und Shopping.Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Another 10

When we were planning our trip 6 months ago we picked this house because all the reviews were 10. We will give it another 10. It is a very modern house, probably built in the last 10 years, so all of the appliances and fixtures are modern. Separate bathrooms for every bedroom was great. I could spend the rest of the review on how great the patio and the pool are, but you get the idea. It would be OK to stay here and rely on uber or lyft, but this location is really best if you have your own car or rental car. Downtown Cape Coral had a lot of nightlife, even in early July. Owls and Iguanas hanging around the house was fun. We did not have a boat but the house is set up well with the dock and the lift.

Another wonderful Experience

Villa-Alana is amazing. The house and all the amenities are top quality. The cleaning service does a great job and the house is just magical. The pool and patio areas perfect.This is our second time staying and already planning for a third. The owner is VERY good with communications.

The photos don’t do it justice, every aspect of the villa was of an extremely high standard. Although we explored the area it was a joy to come home to this tranquil villa, we didn’t want to leave. We hope to stay again.

Diese Urlaubsvilla ist ein absoluter Traum und bietet alles, was man sich für einen perfekten Urlaub wünscht. Die Villa ist großzügig gebaut, gemütlich und einladend eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: eine voll ausgestattete Küche, luxuriöse Badezimmer und bequeme Schlafzimmer mit hochwertigen Betten. Ein wunderschöner Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Betreuung vor Ort und der Vermieter Dirk sind herzlich und aufmerksam, sodass man sich rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Insgesamt ist diese Villa ein echtes Juwel für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Perfect Cape Coral getaway

We had a brilliant stay at Villa Alani which has excellent facilities such as pool and jacuzzi and quality furnishings throughout the property. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable aiding a restful nights sleep. Location was a little out of the way deep in a residential area but its definitely worth a visit.

Perfect!!!

Whe had a perfect stay in this beautiful house Alani. Clean, luxurious, complete, quiet, the house has it all!! We had a good communication with the owner and he reacted very quick. This is one of the best houses we stayed in in Cape Coral.

Super large outdoor area with pool and spa

Beautiful home on canal, with a super large outdoor area with BBQ grill, pool with 5 lounge chairs, spa, table for six, plus additional seating area w/gas firepit. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Sadly it's booked for March and April for 2025 and 2026 already.

GREAT HOUSE

We have been coming to Cape Coral for 7 years and this is the best house we have stayed in. The house was very clean. Property manager and owner answered any questions we had very quickly. The pictures of the house are as exactly as the house is. We spent many days enjoying the pool and spacious lanai. This is the perfect house and would love to stay there every year.
