I spoke to our Host one time, and that was when I first arrived, and I did so just so she knew we made it. She was exceptionally courteous and made us feel welcome immediately. I wish I could say I had more interactions with her but truth be told everything at this property was absolutely perfect, and I sincerely mean that. This was the first time in 8 years that we stayed at a property and did not have some sort of problem. Everything was clean, neat, tidy, and in it's place. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We did nothing but enjoy our time there. Just a great week.

We had such a great stay at this property! I loved the way the rooms were all separated on different sides of the house, as we stayed there with another couple. The pool area with the lounger chairs was so nice! Perfect for getting sun! We even saw dolphins in the canal one day. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect! What an enjoyable stay.

The house was immaculate! Just like the picture showed! The neighborhood was so quiet and the neighbors were very kind! The location was perfect so close to everything we needed! The sunsets were beautiful on the lanai! My 10 year old grandson loved the pool and the fact that there were fishing poles there for him to use and access to water! We are looking forward to our next time there!!!

Nice location, needs updates

In general I was pleased with the house. The location was perfect for our needs. But... There is a fee for "additional" electrical usage. But with poor insulation/inefficient HVAC, you're going to pay. The insulation is clearly a problem because even with the HVAC set to the required 77 all week (day time temps 90-93 F), we still managed to use about 60 kwh per day. To put it in perspective our 3100 sq ft home with the AC set to 74 only used 55 kwh a day (day time temps here this week: 95-100 F) . Clearly there are problems. As of June 2024, the electric rate charged is 25% above average for Lee county. And the "free" portion is pro-rated if you have a partial week stay (which is not documented anywhere). That last bit is reasonable, it just should be included in the contact information. The meter readings are also inaccurate. I never got an answer on when the arrival reading was taken, but my guess was that it was around the previous checkout time, and not the check-in time (or when we arrived at the house). Departure was at least close (about 4kwh above the meter reading I took when we left). We fixed the ice-maker (ice frozen in bucket and delivery chute). Maybe I should send a bill for the repair?

Meeting a new cousin

The location was great. The house was nice and decorated nice. The AC would not cool the house lower than 83 degrees. At night the house was unbearably hot. We did notify the property manager who had someone come look at the AC, but said they said it was working as well as possible.

Good location, layout of property is good. House needs maintenance and updating. Not enough room in garage for our car due to the car, motorcycle and varoius other items taking up so much space. Jacuzzi is a soaking tub only.

The house us beautiful and set up nicely. We really enjoyed the pool and location to everything in Cape Coral and Ft Myers to see manatees this time of year! Ines was very helpful and quick to reply to us. We would definitely recommend this house!

A Nice Getaway

The property was nice and clean. The only downside is the attached sitting pool. We were hoping for an acutal hottub/jacuzzi. It was ok however. The property was comfortable. Good curb appeal and the appearance of a safe area on the street the property was on. The neighborhood had loads of foot traffic that made it interesting coming and going. We had a small child run out in front of our vehicle.Luckily I was able to stop in time. They were likely a local resident. I will definity book again, just probably a different property.

Quiet, clean, spacious, as advertised. Pool was great.

We were lucky enough to have perfect weather for our entire stay. The house was clean, open, and bright with lots of room. The pool was great and relaxing. The garage was a bit tight for a vehicle as there was a car and other things stored there. We did have to purchase additional supplies such as trash bags(only 2 in kitchen available), laundry supplies, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, foil and plastic wrap. We were charged nearly 2.5 times the allowance, additional for electric, . As there were only 4 of us and we did not use anything to excess, rarely had the television on, ran dishwasher twice, maybe 4 loads of laundry (mostly towels), turned down the heat setting on the pool, set the AC at 78. it seems that the electric allowance was extremely low and no chance of covering the electric for reasonable usage.

Great location

Location and views were wonderful. Upon arrival the back slider was off track so when opening/closing door the handle came off. I was able to get the door back on track and no further issues. Nice home. Two owls hung around the front door that were fun to watch.

Excellent, clean, well appointed.

Very clean and well appointed older property. Has all the items needed for pretty much everything! My wife and I stayed for a week. Quiet neighborhood on a quiet canal. Very nice pool, lanai with plenty of chairs and nice grill. I texted Ines a couple times and she was very responsive. This property is not palatial by any means but VERY functional!

Amazing

This property was absolutely beautiful! Everything was clean and they even had more supplies than we needed. The area was close to everything we needed, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. I would say it did get a little warm in the house even with A.C. on, but we just put the fans on and it helped. The management was very helpful and easy to contact. They had a binder full of things we could do during our stay. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay at and I would recommend it to anyone.

Vacation

The house itself was good.. pretty good location. We enjoyed the pool and did appreciate washer/dryer and dishwasher. You provide your own soap though for those items. We liked the Publix close by and got needed items there. The bed was average and the pillows need to be replaced. Had several contacts with the office manager Ines and she was good to work with. Unfortunately, one of the contacts was because the owner accused us of having people stay the night than actually were. We rented a 6 person house. My husband and I stayed every night and we got pre approved for an additional couple to stay one night. They used the cameras while we were staying there to accuse us of having extra people stay which was not the case. We were really disappointed by this. We felt on edge after this and didn't feel comfortable at the house anymore. You do also only get allowed a certain amount of energy used within the house so we were charged $50.00 additional for this. We didn't have many lights on and weren't even at the house 1 1/2 days of the week we stayed. Overall, it was OK but we won't be staying here again.

Lovely Place in Cape Coral

The home was clean and as advertised. They had blow up pool toys in garage that my kids loved. We rented a boat and dock was very nice. It was a great trip.
