A little slice of heaven

Our stay was very nice. Upon arriving and opening the front door, we were greeted with music plane and a lovely scent in the air.Petra thought of everything to make our stay as cozy as possible.Having soft, cozy, luxurious towels, and abundance was nice.Also having enough soap and detergent to use while we were there helped. I would encourage anyone to stay here. Excellent choice.

Great Choice for Vacation

Very nice place. Excellent ownership, very considerate of guests and very easy to communicate. Location is convenient to many things which was an attraction. If you get up at 6AM, you will see the manatees that cruise the canal each day.

Great canal and pool stay

We enjoyed Villa sunset kiss for 25 nights in February. The canal was a front row seat to early morning manatees, ducks, iguanas and a dolphin. House has a great equipped kitchen. Manager was fine, lots of details for contracts extra persons and electricity. These seem to be common practices, but I just had experienced them with prior stays. Enjoyed the bikes, the smart TV and great walk in shower in main bedroom. No modern updated feel but classic Florida style as advertised. Our only complaints were the very uncomfortable living room furniture, no life left in the cushions and wood framed. Starter supply of soaps and great beach and bathroom towel selection. We didn’t use but owner does supply beachchairs, beach, toys, and fishing poles.

Great time away

The house was clean and welcoming. Petra was very responsive and gave us the details needed to settle into the house. We were very comfortable and the house had everything you needed to relax and enjoy the stay. I wound highly recommend this house. Great neighborhood and easy to get around.

Best Rental Ever!

Beautiful property in a great lovely location. The house was above our expectations.... wonderful pool area with a canal steps away... house layout is perfect the kitchen area is big and traffic manageable if your lucky you’ll see manatees eating in canal iguanas sunning on the boat dock... rabbits chewing...just a great stay/experience

Wonderful stay

Greatly enjoyed our stay in April. House was very clean and exactly as described. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood, Pleasant neighbors. Communication with owner was excellent. There was an unexpected problem with the air conditioning which can happen Once the owner was notified, it was repaired within hours. Could not ask for a better response time. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in maintaining the house and responding to any issue. Highly recommended.

Great location and very quiet neighborhood. Morgan, the property manager was very helpful. and responded immediately when needed which was not often. We even spotted a dolphin in the canal one day!

Awesome Hone in a Beautiful Location

This house was great for us. It’s a lovely, spacious home in a great setting, on a canal. The home decor is so appealing, and it is well appointed. The garden was so pretty. I could sit on the lanai and look at the flowers, trees, and water all day. So peaceful! The owner and house manager were very attentive with quick responses. They are easy to work with. We had a great vacation week here, and highly recommend Villa Sunset Kiss.

Wonderful home!

My brother and I stayed in a Cape Coral for a week and loved this house. The property was well maintained, inside and out, and everything was as it should be. We rented a boat and were able to get out of the channels and into the river in about a half hour to fourty minutes from here. No locks or anything. The pool and dock were great and we enjoyed wonderful sunsets every night from the lanai. It was so nice to sit by the pool that we never turned on a TV. . . just sat outside everynight and played cards. Do not hesitate when wondering about this home. . . just book it! The property manager was prompt and friendly!

Charming house

The house was beautiful! The livingroom, kitchen and all three bedrooms were nicely decorated. Absolutely everything we needed ( and more) was in the house. The pool bottom looked brand new and we swam every day. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai. We loved the bicycles and used them. We appreciated all of the new towels. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owners were very clear and concise on the rules. We would definitely stay there again.

Now THAT'S a vacation!!

We loved our stay in Cape Coral and can really tell the home owners put a lot of love and care into their home! They treat you like family from the 1st conversation to the last. The home is bright, has comfortable beds, a great view, and all the amenities you could need for your stay. The home has such a relaxed, peaceful feel to it that it's easy to enjoy your vacation! We spent most of our time in the pool and lanai area and appreciated the privacy the landscaping gave us. There was plenty to do in the area surrounding us, lots of restaurants and shops. It was close to Sanibel and Fort Meyers beach too which made for a nice day away. I highly recommend this vacation home and we look forward to returning in the future!! Thank you Petra for sharing your home with us, and thank you Morgan for making sure we were taken care of while there! :)

A Great 6 Week Stay

The house is lovely with a very nice lay out and decor. A very nice warm feeling. The photos on VRBO don't do it full justice. The bed in the Master Bedroom is super comfortable, like a Four Seasons hotel. We slept great every night. The landscaping around the pool and lanai is lush and greatly adds to the tropical feel of the place. Oh, and every afternoon we said hello to two Iguanas that live in the vegetation on the undeveloped lot directly across the canal. The central location makes it very easy to get to wherever you want to go in Cape Coral and the surrounding area. One more important factor: If you plan to work while down here, the Wifi is excellent and more than ably supported the Zooms sessions and the uploading and downloading of records. I highly recommend this place for a nice quite place to chill out (and/or work from home) for weeks. You will not be disappointed. Would gladly come back here. Finally, Kai and Sandra are great managers. Extremely nice and super responsive. Made our arrival totally stress free. We didn't need to contact them much thereafter, except for one big problem that arose after 4 weeks. The washing machine broke! But they had a brand new washing machine installed within two days! Such a pleasure.

A beautiful, peaceful place

We stayed for a week just to get out of town and into some warmer weather. This house was perfect—very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the heated pool and the bikes, and just walking around the neighborhood. The kitchen was very nice, we mostly ate in as is our custom, but this was the nicest kitchen we’d ever had. It seems like, for the price, this place was a cut above. There was a very luxurious master bed and bathroom, and two more bedrooms and another bath that opened out onto the pool. And a nice patio with a table and chairs by the pool. The view of the canal was beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet; we saw a few people walking their dogs and occasionally some children playing in the pool at a house across the canal from us, but that was it. It was far enough off the main road to be quiet, but pretty close to grocery stores to be very convenient. We went to Lakes Park several times, a beautiful place to walk and bike. This was our favorite. Also we walked at Lovers Key State Park, and the Alligator Creek Preserve. A pretty low-key week but just what we were looking for. Unfortunately the weather was pretty cold, but it was a lot colder in North Carolina! We still had lots of sunshine. The heated pool helped. We had to pay about $60 extra for all the energy we used heating the pool but we knew that up front. Communication was awesome, between Petra emailing us from Germany and Sandra coming the day after we arrived to answer any questions (a great plan, giving us a night to be there and come up with any questions before she came), and coming to check us out as we were leaving, and being available by phone or text for any questions. We didn’t have any. Everyone was very sweet and friendly. There were groundskeepers and pool people swarming over the place (just one morning) to keep it well-manicured and clean. And the inside was very clean too. We felt very pampered and cared for. We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We were able to host several gatherings with ease. The house was pristine and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. We had use of the entire house even the garage. I was a little worried about the ac as we were asked to keep it at 75 and my husband runs hot, but there we’re very strong fans that kept the air circulating, so it wasn’t an issue at all.

Awesome time at Villa Sunset

Very easy check-in and communication with the property manager and Petra the owner. Very attentive to our concerns and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay the best possible even in these uncertain times with the virus. Regardless they were there to help with anything. Great heated pool and nice view for some amazing pictures with sunsets on the deck out back. Very quiet neighborhood for endless sleep-ins.
