Cape Coral

House needs lots of TLC, needs updated, cleaned well, take your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washer soap & ice. No instructions about trash pickup, pool person, where to find thermostat, etc. Conveniently located, decent neighborhood.

Nice house-Not so good service

It was a nice house that came with a pool, canal view and close to everything. That being said we had some problems with the service that came with the house. When we arrived, the pool looked a little green and had debris of seashells, foam pieces, and other items in it. I cleaned the debris out and we swam. Within a few days the pool looked greener and scum started to form on the sides and bottom. The jets and skimmer seemed to not be working. This was on a Wednesday evening. I called our contact on a Thursday and was told a pool guy would come Friday morning. The pool guy didn't show until Monday after I called again. He got things going and the pool looked great the rest of our stay. The problem is that we paid to have a pool and it was unusable for several days. One other issue was that a large curbside garbage can was left for us full of garbage and rotting fruit inside the garage right by the door into the house. I moved it outside and to the curb with roaches fleeing as I moved it. There were also only two hand towels in the house and one was damp when we arrived. It seemed like it didn't make the wash from the previous guest. We had to use a bath towel until we did laundry. The house itself was nice, the service with Evolve or whoever is supposed to make things ready is not good. The pool guy told me he was locked out from servicing the pool for two weeks prior to our arrival. That would explain why the pool was green. He also said we caught it just in time or it could have gotten much worse. Shouldn't someone at Evolve check this before the next guest comes?

Great Getaway

So much seating for the whole family to enjoy this beautiful backyard. Very nice open floorplan had lots of games and bikes to enjoy. Very happy with our stay.

The neighborhood was quiet. Close to the yacht club. The house was clean. The pool bubbled when it ran and a little cool. I think it was a low water level.

Clean but out dated

It needs a little TLC.....kitchen cabinets are peeling, needs indoor and our door painting, couldn't find a switch for the pool light or the grill area but we were too tired to call the manager....would be great to have some chair on the dock. Also if you have dogs be careful the fence doors are an issue and need attention the right side/garage side doesn't lock and the other side if you have a smaller dog they can get out the opening Did have a minor issue and called the manager and he called me right back and was very helpful and nice. We would stay there again

Great location

The location of this house was fantastic! Within walking distance to a variety of things. Some minor fixes could be made the bathroom shower faucet needed a tuneup and a couple spots on the kitchen cupboards had laminate peeling off. But nothing that ruined our experience. Very easy to communicate with property managers, very clean, great pool!

Very nice house lots of room spent time with family used pool nice location needed to safe proof showers to prevent slip and fall very nice kitchen nice yard for pets need to fix fence over all house was excellent we had fun with kids we haven't seen in 2years our youngest daughter wedding was nice and everyone was impressed with the house

Will never use this type of service again 100% dissatisfied with retal and Evolve services.

Pictures and actual very disappointing, dirty bedding sheets, furniture old and dirty no toilet paper internet network info wrong contact provided not able to help, no check in help Will have not stayed even one night if check in present but was tired so stayed first night, negotiated to leave early, but they kept most of my money anyways. Outside areas dirty with frog droppings rouches and mosquitoes swimming pool full of dead ants overall worst experience with rentals. Third party companies should closely monitor rentals if possible. Never again rent anything thru Evolve or any company such as them 100% dissatisfaction sorry but is my honest review. Justo Ruiz

My family and I had a wonderful time at the house and we look forward to booking it again! I also really loved the fact that they are dog friendly! Our dog also had an amazing time playing in the grass! I would recommend this house to anyone needing a vacation home!

First time but not the last time

The property was beautiful. Very clean and more that what we expected. Nice neighborhood. Close to just about every. My family had a wonderful time we were all able to relax comfortably. The property manager did a awesome job telling us about the best places to eat and the beaches in the area. Lighthouse beach was exactly how he described it and everyone was so friendly.Can't wait to go again as a matter of fact we are planning our next trip right now. Thanks again

Great Location, Great house!

It was very clean and organized, the host was very nice and came in to check we were happy with how the property looked. This was to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday with a close group of friends, and we enjoyed our time there. Would definitely return again for a future vacation!

Excellent House!

We loved staying here, the place was beautiful & full of little extras we didn't expect like towels & spices & such. The pool was great. Only complaints would be that the tub was way too slippery & we never could figure out the air conditioning. It was a little hotter than we would have liked.

Wonderful Easter Spring Break Vacation

Thank you for renting out your home. We enjoyed our stay including our fur babies for they had a nice fenced in yard to roam. The house was wonderful, we enjoyed the pool and our son also enjoyed the bikes. Since the house was on the canal we rented a boat to have all week at the home and spent most of our time exploring the islands Lovers Key, Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers.
