This home was stocked with everything one could possibly want. The home is first class, and a pleasure to stay at. Spotless. Quiet. Modern. Could not be happier with the facility.

Private and peaceful

The house was just as pictured and was located in a quiet area with no neighbours on either side. Perfect for our family of five and our dog with the private pool and fishing off the dock. Was surprised that we were told in the welcome binder that we had to clean the bbq completely and wrap the grills in foil at the end of the stay. We did it no problem but was not expecting that. The welcome package had sunscreen in a basket and was surprised they were half used bottles. We had our own lotion but still we found that a bit distasteful. The house is lovely and had a lot of room for us all. The pool heater wasn’t on when we arrived which in my research on the Vbro site, the pools are turned on two days prior to arrival. The water temp was 60 for ours and it took a long time to heat it up. Nonetheless the pool was used everyday by our family and the welcome package came with a blow up toy. We thought that was a nice touch. We would recommend this house to a family looking for downtime and family connection. We loved our stay here.

We were evacuated due to hurricane Ian.

Property was beautiful, however there were some troubles with the water 2/3 days we were there then got evacuated due to hurricane Ian. Ian still waiting to hear from the rental company to make it right with us

WHAT A SHAME YOU ARE PAYING HIS BILLLS BUT TRY U LIKE NOTHING

They spy us always someone call me from SWFR all the time to my cell phone menacing from listening music and touching things in the pool, we leave the property at the second day cancelling our stay ! WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE IS A SHAME THE HUMAN OF TODAYS DAYS!!!!!!!

Spring break stay

Great house with awesome pool. Stayed here 7 days and enjoyed the time around and in the pool. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. House was beautiful with large master bathroom and great furnishings.

Great Biking and Wildlife Watching Escape

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful time staying 9 nights at the Villa Ellis. The house was spotless and the location is so private (which is exactly what we were looking for). Check in/out process was clear and the management company was very accommodating when we decided to stay extra nights! We were a little bummed (being from Wisconsin) that what looked to be a hot tub did not heat to any warmer than the pool temperature. It’s explained in the description as a “spa without jets” which I wondered about but I never inquired about it. My fault, I should’ve clarified when I read the description. The house and location definitely made up for the lack of hot tub though, and we still had a wonderful vacation. Also, this is our 4th time renting in Cape Coral and this was by far the best management company we’ve dealt with. Definitely will go with SWFL company again!!

Fantastic Home and Fun Swimming Pool and Spa

Enjoy the coastal-waterway with a great home swimming pool, spa, outdoor shower, and poolside bathroom. We were in the pool for hours each day. The home layout is the best--all views are onto the swimming pool with full-sliding doors to maximize the view and interaction with the family. Great sunsets each night---and we watched manatees and jumping fish each day from the enclosed pool area. You are minutes from gulf beaches (20-35 mins) and great local and more upscale public yacht club on-the-water restaurants (5-20 mins). The local Publix nearby grocery stores are convenient and high quality.
