Nice view.

Great location. House was a nice set up for our family. A few minor maintenance issues we informed management upon departure. Seemed like the owners had not been there in a while to notice. Overall the stay was good. It was nice that there were a couple of bikes and kayak, although we never used them as the weather was not good

Great View & A Great Place To Stay

This amazing river view house served as the perfect place for my wife and I to stay during our recent visit to Cape Coral! We would highly recommend it to anyone including couples, families, and people who really enjoy grilling and hanging out by an incredible pool with a one-of-a-kind view.

Family summer vacation

Great location. The house is nice, just soo many things don't work! This was not conveyed to us prior to our stay. We had to call for batteries/light bulbs as soon as we got there. The house definitely could have been cleaner, especially the floors when we arrived. The pool is nice, very dirty even though there is a pool service. The house is supplied with many things to do. We loved the pool table, just very small space. This would be a nice place if it was given some TLC first.

Beautiful Rental

This is a beautiful rental property. The views are breathtaking. Contacted property management one time while I was there because the pool was too warm for my liking and they responded immediately to let me know where and how to turn the temp down. 5 stars across the board.

Beautiful property and great location. Basic up keep needed.

House was great, we had an amazing time however the house needed general up keep. Broken light bulbs, remotes missing and needed new batteries needed. Terrible Ant problem in kitchen. Would be nice to have extra TP and kleenex left in each bedroom and bathroom.

Wonderful Experience

The River View House is awesome. Lots of space. Beautiful view and location. We had a couple questions for the management company and they quickly responded. Kitchen is well stocked. Make sure you have YouTube TV subscription or something similar. House has plenty of TV's but no real cable service. We would definitely stay there again!!!!!

Best vacation rental we have stayed in so far! Incredible view, perfect location. We saw dolphins swim by, beautiful sun rises. The outdoor space is unbeatable! Clean, spacious house. Everything you could want in a rental! Highly recommended

Read the Fine Print

Make sure to check with the management company what will charge for the meter during your stay. Lights will turn on automatically after a certain time. Also ask management if the construction is still ongoing next to the house. That made the experience horrible for us. The construction company was pounding in the foundation pillars and that caused the home to shake plus the noise was unbearable. I thought I could enjoy quiet morning or afternoon during our Monday through Saturday boy was I wrong. It started at 8:30am and didn't finish until 3:00pm. So imagine how disappointed we felt. We should have know the construction started so that we could have made a choice or ask to reschedule our stay if possible. Be prepared to wash used towels before you check out. My opinion is, please have the cleaning service take care of that. We ended up cleaning dirty tables and remotes that were greasy. The home was not sanitized nor really cleaned. This home is beautiful and has a spectacular view. To readers, make note of what things are missing or damaged or not working properly in the home.

I would warn anyone who books this property to make sure there is ac before booking and also ithey make you pay electric on top of the fees you pay for the house

Family vacation

The pictures on line serve the proper well. Overall it is a great house. The location can’t be beat, views are fantastic and the interior is roomy and updated, although the furniture isn’t very comfortable. We had a few issues when checking in, I wasn’t thrilled with the property management response. Got them worked out (mostly). They did deliver a few new lounge chairs as 2 of the 4 were broken, this took a few days and a few phone calls. The pool table was broken by previous tenant and removed, we weren’t informed until the day before arrival, that was disappointing. There is a family of lizards living above the sun porch. They didn’t bother us much, although you can hear them scuttling around. We informed property management, they didn’t seem concerned. Making the best of it, we named them Fred and Fiona. Be VERY careful with the electricity, we kept AC low, doors closed, lights off and still we ended up with an electric bill the end of our stay. I would prefer to pay a bit more upfront and skip the additional fee. I would rate our experience a 7 out of 10.

Beautiful view!

This property is beautiful! We drove all the way down from Michigan, arrived around 10pm and jumped right into the pool. Everything looks just like on the pictures, with some minor wear and tear of the outside furniture. (Only two of the beach chairs were functional and the outside sectional cushions were a bit dirty). We enjoyed our stay overall! Saw some dolphins, gators, watched fishermen on their boats...

This is a great property and checked all the vacation boxes. Sunrises, sunsets, conveninece to everything - Sanibel, Captiva, Matlacha, beaches, fishing, restaurants - all that you'd want. the deck loungers needed to be updated as do the beach chairs - but aside from that a great rental for a funfilled family vacation.

Beautiful home with an unforgettable view.

Location, location, location. My kids loves watching the dolphins and manatees as well as fishing right from the dock. Infinity pool into the river was awesome. 4 season room for meals and games (we were there during stay at home orders) was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
