The house, pool, patio and tiki bar were all magnificent. Our family of 7 had a wonderful time. The kitchen had everything you need and was very spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, private and good sized. John ( host) was easy to get a hold of and kindly accommodated our families varied schedules. We swam in the heated pool every day and enjoyed the patio and outdoor tiki bar down by the water for card playing and conversation. The beach is an easy walk from the house for sunsets or the park. Highly recommend this place!

This is probably our fourth or fifth time staying at John’s house in Cape Coral, and it continues to be our absolute favorite! The location is unbeatable—quiet, beautiful, and perfect for walking around and exploring. We love the spacious layout of the house, and the big pool is a huge hit with our whole family.We were even able to find another Airbnb just across the street and down a couple houses for my mom and my sister stayed.One of our favorite spots is down by the dock. The kids love fishing there, and there’s a cozy little seating area with a roof that looks like it’s made from palm leaves (not sure what it’s officially called, but it’s perfect). Even when it rains, we sit out there and just enjoy the peaceful view.John is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns, which makes the experience even better. We keep coming back for a reason—you truly won’t find a better spot in Cape Coral!

The Perfect Home to see Southwest Florida

This was our third year staying two weeks at this perfect home and location.Our grandson has learned to fish from the dock. The Pool is wonderful to cool off in. Many wonderful places to visit just a short drive. Sanibel Island to watch the sunrise from the beach. Captiva Island to shell hunt and enjoy the beautiful clear water. Rent a boat from Jensen’s while at Captiva watch the manatees, boat up to Cabbage Key for lunch.Go South to Marco Island rent a boat and explore the ten thousand island area. Finish the day at the Snook Inn for dinner on the water. Travel down to Everglades City, take an air boat ride in the Everglades have lunch at Camellia Street Grill on the water, watch the Dolphins. Short drive or boat to Pine Island, Matlacha enjoy a nice dinner at Yucatán restaurant on the water.The Host john is great. This home is wonderful.

Yacht Club Neighborhood

The location of this property was perfect for taking nice walks daily. We got spoiled walking to the beach & enjoying the safe & quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was spacious & made it easy for multiple people to be in the kitchen at once. The kiddos loved the pool & swam several times daily. We rented pontoon & went charter boat fishing another.day. Communications w/ the host was easy & timely. We would recommend this property to others!

Not quite perfect

Property was clean, view was awesome. neighborhood quiet, and manager was responsive. Thats all Good! The not so good is the mattresses need to be replaced and the pool pump is way too loud, needs to be addressed. If they fix those , we would come back!

Friends forever

Pictures very accurate. Very clean house. Open kitchen well stocked. Great patio with heated pool overlooking the canal. Nice to have three bathrooms with four bedrooms. Bicycles were nice to ride to beach 1/2 mile away and to ride around with dedicated bike lanes. Three coolers to fit your needs. Wonderful home!

1 for 2 attempts , but maybe more!

Tried to stay here 2 years ago, but hurricane Ian shut us down. John was very easy to deal with for cancelation. I told him we'd try and eventually get a week in. Glad we were able to. One big plus of this property is the 4 bedroom 3 bath combo. Really makes it easy to accommodate large families or groups.

Perfect getaway

This house was clean and fully stocked with everything you need, the pool was great for relaxing at the house and the dock was also an added bonus since we had a boat delivered to the house for the week. The location made getting to all local restaurants, stores and attractions easy. Great host as well, John provided his cell number to make communication easier in case of any issues. Will definitely book this house again if we vacation in Cape Coral.

Perfect for our family

John responded quickly to any questions we had. He even triple checked to make sure we had everything we had, even though he was on his own ger away! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 young children. We enjoyed our stay somuch!

Great stay

Stay was great sliding glass doors could use some work as well as screen door to the pool and bathroom door from the pool but everything else was amazing more cooking utensils than any other home we've ever stayed in. There was fishing equipment in the garage for fishing in the canal. Overall great stay we had a great time
