This place needs to be updated

It is an older unkept property both inside and out. Furniture is old and smelly. Carpeting is so dirty and huge stains. Kitchen is not very equipped for cooking.Disappointed

Quiet Time

Very Accommodating, quiet street. Clean place, could use some updates, but everything worked as intended, and gave us enough room, to spread out a bit. Pool was nice.

Relaxing vacation

My husband and I needed a relaxing vacation and this was perfect. House was clean and neat. Overall a great week. Maybe could use a few cosmetic upgrades . Definitely need more detailed instructions on trash/recycling for out of state visitors. Mid-week pool cleaning did not happen, but as it was just the two of us, it was a true necessity. Over all a great experience, we would stay here again.

Nice but

Overall a nice property but the ktichen had a broken window and the dryer was so screeching loud from a bad belt or something you have to hang items out to dry or wait outside for it to cycle. Master suite is really nice.

Great stay! Great location!

My husband and I stayed at this house, and it was as listed. The pool was fabulous! The location was great (at the end of a road/canal) so it was quiet and more secluded. We were very comfortable in the house. We had a late arrival but no issues getting in. Great restaurants and stores available. Would stay there again! Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay

Rental experience was easy and efficient. We stayed 5 nights and the home was well equipped. I would suggest upgrading the pots and pans but everything else was provided in the kitchen. We would rent again.

Great place to relax

Super easy check in. The TV’s were on playing relaxing music and looked like aquariums. The place was clean and was well stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware supplies. The lanai had plenty of seating, a great bbq grill and a beautiful, warm pool. We would definitely book here again!

Management failure

We thoroughly enjoyed the house! The pool area was great! We enjoyed seeing manatees, turtles, lizards and fish in the canal. However, we never met anyone from management even though we were told our manager would meet us to show us how things operated and we called several times regarding issues we were having. We were continually told the problems were "easy to fix" and someone would be coming to do the toilet repair and see to the thermostat. No one ever did contact us, but someone came into the house sometime after 6 p.m., while we were out to dinner, just before the end of our vacation and repaired the broken toilet.

Girls trip

House was nice and good for what we needed it for. House was dated with the furniture as it seemed like the house was just random furniture. Couches weren’t that comfortable but we weren’t at the house to sit around and when we were we were sitting outside by the pool. Beds are dated and not too comfy. One thing I’d change is that the sheets should be white instead of being colored sheets so you know they are clean. In a sense this property seemed like it was a collection of random furniture and was just pieced together kind of like a college house. Paper towels were there but there was no spare toilet paper unless you bought your own. Had to have maintenance come out and look at something and they worked around our schedule so we would be there when they came. They should supply laundry soap if you need to wash towels and sheets before you leave other than what you used on your last day there. Kitchen seemed to have been updated more recently and did have the cooking utensils we needed. Would stay here again if we came back but may look at something closer to Ft. Myers or the south cape for convenience of driving to different places. If you’re looking for a place to stay and have a pool and not wanting to drive all over this would be a good place. Property managers were great to work with when we needed them.

Quiet area

We knew everywhere would be crazy busy for the week of the 4th so we booked a place with a pool a little distance from a beach or a busy area. It was quiet and the kids enjoyed the pool. Not too much to do in the area, but there was a great ice cream shop just across the street from us.

Wonderful pool home

Quiet neighborhood with a relaxing lanai and pool. Home was clean. The only “complaints” we had were the master bedroom was a bit too warm even with the AC turned down and the drive time to the beach was a little longer than expected but still fairly convenient! Chaline, our wonderfully responsive property manager, was available via text for any questions or concerns. Overall a wonderful vacation!

Fun!

Everything was great, i feel as of the check out process could be a little more clear..... it said not to strip the beds, but to wash towels and linens up to the day of departure. The only linens is the bedding, which i ended up washing all of anyway. Also the dryer took forever to dry towels... if it's an expectation that all towels are washed and dried, might need another dryer. It took 3 cycles of 60 minutes to dry 4 beach towels. Aside from that, everything was great, kids had fun, enjoyed the pool. Would rent again!!

Fantastic Cape Coral house

My family and I usually stay on Fort Myers beach in a condo. Wanted to try a house in Cape Coral this time. Was not disappointed. Plenty of room for my family of 5. 3 teenagers. Pool was amazing and warm. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of towels and extra bedding. Needed to by additional toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher, washing machine detergent as that’s typical for any rental. We rented a boat from the same company and had it delivered right to the dock. There were two very big iguanas that visited us on the dock which was exciting to see. Fort myers beach is about a 30 minute drive depending on traffic. They had beach chairs and umbrella in the garage to use. We rented them on the beach though, easier than carrying. Communication with the company was fantastic and pleasant. Very enjoyable stay.

Quiet Area

We were looking for a quiet area and this worked for us. Fort Myers Beach is approx 16 miles away most days takes approx an hour to get there. Heated pool was great, used it every day

Quiet and peaceful with huge turtles providing entertainment in canal. Just off a dedicated biking-walking trail. Close to an Aldi's.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this property! It was fully equipped with anything we might have needed for a fun filled beach vacation. Not to mention a lovely home with a pool and perfect dock for fishing during our down time!

Excellent House / private pool

The family enjoyed our time at this spot; the pool kept the kids busy during the day; and relatively easy drive over to the beaches for sunsets. Encourage anyone with kids to try this place out. We'll look for it again in the future

We Were Sorry to Leave at the end of our Stay...

The sun sets directly across from the lanai, the pool, and the canal at the foot of the garden. Swaying palm trees from the far side of the canal frame that sunset perfectly. Bedrooms and closets are good. The fully equipped kitchen lacked nothing. Groceries and restaurant delivery services were efficient. The neighboorhood streets were Sometimes we walked to a nearby Starbucks for mid-afternoon coffee.
