We loved to stay here for Christmas. We really enjoyed the pool and the Tiki bar. The house is very nice and spacious. We recommend staying there and we will stay there again.

This home was very comfortable for our needs. The neighborhood was a great place to take a walk. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat on a cool night. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had plenty of room for privacy for everyone. The community is easy to get around and shopping and grocery are close to this home Our host Jim was very easy to communicate with during our stay. I will definitely consider this home again in the future.

Perfectly relaxing, private and clean! The view was amazing from the lanai with every sunrise! Close to everything needed. We would stay here again, in a heartbeat!

We had a blast. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We took advantage of kayaking, fishing, swimming, bbq, and games. Absolutely plan to stay here again. Host was prompt with replies.Nice relaxing session in the jacuzzi (which over looks the water) on our first night set helped me decompress and set the stage for the rest of the week.

We very much enjoyed our stayed at this lovely home. The location was perfect and the view of the intersecting canals was stunning. The pool was great and a perfect temperature. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating under the lanai. We loved sitting at the tiki bar in the evening. I would definitely recommend this property and be more than happy to stay there again if I come back to Cape Coral.

We had an amazing stay, the house was everything it promised in the literature and the location couldn't be faulted. We had concerns as our vacation was shortly after the two hurricanes but there were no problems

Winter getaway

Summer Getaway

We had a great time ! The pool was a hit - this summer has been brutal but we were able to cool off and have fun in the pool .. the view (Sunrise) from the tiki hut was second to none - great to lounge and watch the boats pass by- plenty of amenities to enjoy - fishing poles /kayaks/bikes -

Perfect vacation house

The house was very comfortable. There are two living areas, so plenty of room for the family to spread out. The pool was perfect, the tiki hut and dock were beautiful, and the house has kayaks and bikes for use. There were also two desks and two kitchen tables, plus lots of additional seating outside just in case anyone has to find a place to work while they are visiting.

Just what we needed

We as a family had a very relaxing and peaceful vacation. The house is in a perfect spot on the canals and is very beautiful. The fact that the linay wasn't up yet around the pool and the hot tub didn't work was a little misleading in the ad, but it turns out they weren't needed. In all it was a great stay in a great location.

Amazing experience

We had a fabulous family vacation at this location!!!! The house was immaculate & had everything we could have wanted, it felt like a 5 star resort villa. The owner was quick to respond to any question we had. The neighbors were lovely and you couldn’t ask for a better home or location. It felt like paradise. We can’t wait to return next summer.

Great location, with all the amenities of home.

Great location, close to everything. My family loved the tiki. We fished off the dock and caught mangrove snapper, saltwater catfish, and Drum. We even had visits by dolphin and a turtle. The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities. Thank you James for allowing my family to stay in your beautiful home.

Friends getaway

The property was large enough to accommodate our group. It was clean and well stocked with all the necessities to dine in or cook out. The pool was wonderful for morning swims. We enjoyed the beautiful sun rises and occasíonal rainbows as we lounged on the patio. The location of the home made it easy to head out to explore local sites in and around Cape Coral. We would recommend this sight to our family and friends looking for a nice place for a quiet getaway.

Relaxing Vacation

It was so beautiful, quit and relaxing. The pictures doesn't do it justice. Jim was so quick to respond to any of our needs. We definitely will be coming back. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing Family Getaway!

Property was just as described! Perfect location and great home base to explore the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers and surrounding beaches and coastal areas. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, tiki hut and kayaking on the canals! We were lucky enough to see a dolphin swim directly underneath the dock on our first morning! It even did a circle to look up at us! Such a treat! We will definitely be back!

Cape Coral Pelican

Lovely canal home with sweeping views of 2 large intersecting canals. This home was very comfortable and “user friendly” with accessories for all age groups including kayaks, bicycles, pool floats, puzzles, games, DVD’s, grill, etc. East access to Publix and restaurants. This retreat has been well loved and used. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it. Thank you Jim Lamont!

The view you wish you could afford forever!

My family and I enjoyed this wonderful house so much during our vacation. The house was exceptionally clean, the neighborhood was very quiet and the view was something I wish I could afford forever. The floor plan of the house is absolutely perfect. The master is on one side and three bedrooms on the other side. Perfect communication with the owner. I loved the decor and the kitchen had the perfect layout. The pool was oversized and we spent many evenings playing volleyball. I loved the warm pool temperature. Thank you so much for making our vacation perfect!

Home For A Week

Overall, home was great! Loved the Pool and the Tiki Hut on the dock! Had to wash bedsheets in the Master Bedroom before we slept in the bed because they stunk like BO! Obviously weren't washed from the last person who stayed there. The pool area/lanai needed some cleaning and all the patio furniture cushions were soaked when we arrived from being left out in the rain. Just some minor things that we had to deal with.

Nice house and location.

The house is beautiful and perfectly located. It was a very nice pool. The outside could use some sprucing up. The fountain in the pool did not work and the cement around the pool needs repair (crumbling and can cut your feet). The main reason I picked this house was because it had a hot tub, but it did not work. It just needs a little attention on the outside. We did however, have a great time.

Love this beautiful home!

The Villa is so beautiful! The house is very spacious, spotless and filled with everything you need. All of the rooms in the house are so cozy and the new floors look amazing. The grounds around the home is kept so nice and the pool is so relaxing as you look over all of the canals. This was my second time here and plan to come back again (and again). The tiki hut on the water is perfect to just sit and watch the boats go by. The mullets jumping out of the water are so cool too! It truly feels like PARADISE at the Villa. Jim the owner is fantastic! He was available for any questions that we had. We even spoke with the neighbors, they were very nice and helpful. Cape Coral is a beautiful location with a lot of great restaurants and shops. Thank you Jim for everything! Your home is just so beautiful and we cannot wait to visit again.
