Great stay. Close to restaurants and things to do. Overall a beautiful home. Our property manager was fantastic. She was prompt with answers and a joyful personality. Although we were informed of maintenance times and dates, it would be beneficial to have a list of reminders. I.e. when the pool is serviced, lawn maintenance, garbage removal.

The property did not disappoint. We utilized the pool and hot tub daily and truly enjoyed the house. Mike is a great super host communicator and Sonja was a great property manager. She made sure we were welcomed and comfortable with all the technology and pool operation. Thanks for a great two week vacation for my family!!!!

The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was more than well-equipped, and things were easy to find. We had some questions about how to use the spa, and the property manager took the time to explain everything to us. The location was great for us--it was easy to get into Fort Myers and out to the beach on Captiva. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Wonderful

We had a great time at this villa. The kitchen was beautiful and had every utensil and cooking appliance you would need. Also everything was labeled so they were easily found and returned. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms immaculate. The view outside, the pool, could not have been better. And the property manager, Sonja welcomed us and answered all our questions making our stay that much better.

Fun in the Sun

This property is amazing. The property is centrally located with a short drive to a plethora of activities. Checkin was seamless. The property manager was easy to talk to, gave us the low down on how to navigate the property as well as when yard , pool, and yard services were to be expected. She also gave us a great recommendation for boat rentals. The property itself was well laid out with master on one side of the house and secondary bedrooms and bathrooms on the opposite side. We cooked most of our meals in the beautiful, well stocked kitchen. We ate all of our meals either in the screened in patio or down on the canal. Sunrises and sunsets are spectacular canal front. Fish, turtles, and a fairly good sized iguana were sighted regularly. The heated pool was a highlight and so relaxing after a day of golf.We rent VRBO properties on a regular basis( 3 to 4 times per year for 20 years). This property is by far the cleanest property we have ever rented. In addition, the owners are very involved with the property and its upkeep. We had a small issue on checking which was solved immediately. I would love to rent this property again if we find ourselves in the Cape Coral area. I have attached a couple of pictures we captured while sitting canal front. You are going to love this place!

Just what the doctor ordered!

This respite was everything that we needed! I can’t say enough about Sonja the property manager. I manage 11 divisions and millions of square feet of space and get there are countless details to maintain real estate. There was a hiccup for the pool heat and spa…but they attended to the issue right away. - hope to have the chance come back for a longer visit.Many thanks for such kind hospitality. Paul from Boston

Annual Sibling Trip

Annual sibling trip. House is better than pictures show. Fantastic Kitchen, Heated salt water pool. Quiet neighborhood, great outdoor space, comfortable beds! Host was best we have ever had. Met us at check in an check out. Quick on site response to a little issue we had and had it fixed within an hour!

Relax in Cape Coral

This house is great! Our host Sonja greeted us shortly after we arrived to answer any questions and make sure we could contact her for any reason. Very nice and thank you Sonja. This house is fully stalked with everything you need. The furniture is comfortable as well as looking nice. The covered patio by the pool was my favorite place to hang out, quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. The owner Michael called us on our second day there, to make sure everything was good, and gave us his number to call if we needed anything also. Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful house.

Great Vacation House or Getaway

This property is perfect for family or groups of 6 six to 8 adults. House was much larger then expected. Location was awesome easy access to anywhere we wanted to get to. I have stayed in many difference VRBO houses for weekend getaways to vacation times and this house was by far one of the best. Owners were quick to respond if i had questions the property manager Sonjia was very nice and pleasent as well. She was just a squick to respond when asked a question. I plan to stay here again the next time we visit Fort Meyers/Cape Coral area of Florida.

Great house for family vacation

Our family absolutely loved this property, it was spacious and the outdoor living area was great. The pool was good size and could fit our family comfortably. The beds were comfy and nice to have (3) full bathrooms. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious and was fully stocked with everything you needed for cooking and grilling. Garage had enough room to park a mini van in which was very nice, and bikes to use for the whole family for an evening bike ride. Small downsides to report: - Pool lanai bathroom door is sealed shut with clear tape, so kids had to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom while swimming. - Master bathroom shower had very low water pressure (other 2 showers were fine). Not accurate in the description about the property: - Hot tub is not a true hot tub, its heated by the same pool heater and not adjustable between the 2. - Billiards table was listed in the description - there is not a billiards table. Property Manager Sonja was very good to communicate with via text and she visited us on the the first full day to see if we had any questions on the property. Overall this house is a great rental and recommended by our family.

Great time in Cape Coral

Loved our stay here. The property was in a nice location on the canal. We enjoyed sitting by the canal and fishing some there too. The pool and hot tub had sun and shade so could easily find a spot to relax and swim. The house accommodated our family well. Lots of room! Both owner and property manager were very helpful and communicated promptly. Highly recommend it!

Nice and quiet

Took advantage of working remotely for the first time and spent a couple weeks enjoying some warmer weather mid-winter! The house was well-appointed and very clean, which was appreciated. When we first arrived, I was concerned that it would be too loud as the property is not far off from the main road; however, that was not the case. Being on the canal side, the property was surprisingly quiet and private!

Lovel VRBO!

Lovely, roomy VRBO with pool and many things that made our stay lovelier (bikes, golf clubs, fishing poles). Location was so-so; one needed a car and most sights were ~30 mins away, but the house itself was great, and we drove to many nice sights.

Wonderful stay!

The house was a great location ( centrally located in between airport and beach!) The neighborhood was quiet, and the house provided everything we needed. It was super clean! The owner Michael was communicative and it was lovely meeting the property manager, Sonja! We saw turtles, a friendly 3ft lizard, and even a snake. The kids enjoyed the saltwater pool and watching the sunsets on the canal. We enjoyed Kekes for breakfast, fort Myers beach nearby, shelling in sanibel and yellowfin for dinner and boathouse tiki bar and grill on the water nearby for dinner! The only bummer was the hot tub is not working, but we did not let that ruin our stay. I would easily stay here again!

Fantastic stay

Mike and Catherine are awesome - very responsive and communicative. The home was incredibly clean. We loved that everything was labeled and so well stocked. We really enjoyed the salt water pool, the dock, the pool table, the bikes, and the beach chairs.
