Lovely property in a good location. Easy to find and so many restaurants and shops near by. The water access was lovely and we enjoyed watching the boats pass by from the pool. The rooms were well furnished and the beds very comfortable. I loved how stocked the kitchen was and that there were cupboard staples provided. We had a great week and would book again if in the area.

Amazing House!

We had the best time in this beautiful home. My children swam their hearts out and we were even about to catch a few snook from the seawall. Jill is absolutely amazing and super responsive and helpful. The neighbors are so sweet and friendly. Defiantly recommend this home.

Excellent Home

We enjoyed a wonderful month and can highly recommend staying here. Property is very private with a beautiful view overlooking the canal.We were in the heated pool every day. It was very nice dealing with Jill. We had one issue and she handled it right away.

We Will Definitely Be Back

My wife and I went to this property for 2 weeks and it couldn't have been better. It was quiet and private. Incredibly clean and the view of the canal and the pool were really awesome. Jill was very good to us and easy to get ahold of if we had any questions.

The perfect stay

We recently enjoyed a delightful two-week stay at this house in Cape Coral, and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the pool, which maintained the perfect temperature at all times. We loved spending our days lounging by the water and taking refreshing dips. The house is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which added to our peace of mind and relaxation. Its location is also incredibly convenient, with many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and more nearby. Additionally, it wasn't far from some stunning beaches and parks, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. Property Manager Jill was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always available and responded to our questions quickly and efficiently. Her attentive service made our experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again. Thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation!

Cape Coral canal views I

This is lovely bungalow and wonderful location. We loved using the pool and seeing the boats pass on the canal. We had dinner every evening at the outdoor seating area. It was protected by a roof so perfect even when it rained The only thing that would enhance the outdoor eating area would be a floor or counter fan. There is a ceiling fan over the table but it was too low for anyone over 5’10”. My husband was hit by a blade the first evening and we didn’t use it again. My nephew loaned us a box fan and that did the trick. When a problem occurred with the air conditioning, the property manager had a repairman on site within the hour to fix it.

All the household amenities plus close to dining and shopping

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was just as described, and Jill was very responsive to our needs and questions. We had to stick around the house for a day so that the internet company could fix some issues with our TV access-I think we have had troubles with the internet company every year of the past four that we have visited Cape Coral-but Jill reimbursed us for our time. We liked how the house was close to dining and shopping establishments. The only complaint we have was that the sheets on the master bed were made of a cheap microfiber. Our children and grandson visited, and he had lots of fun in the pool!

Great location!

This property is everything as advertized. Although a number of minor issues really should be addressed by the owner (identified to the property manager) they did not interfere with our enjoyment of the house. The house layout great, the pool & lanai with the view of the canal is awesome! The neighbourhood is lovely & the neighbours are very friendly. Convenient location, close to amenities.

Clean, Fun, & Great Location

Everything went smoothly for us. EVERYTHING you need for extended stay in terms of brand new appliances (washer dryer), kitchen, etc. Even the gas grill looks new. Right on the canal, there were fishing poles there in the garage. My kids LOVED the pool (and so did the grownups). Great little hole in the wall bar and grill on the corner! Wal Mart Near by (just in case) Publix Near by We really had a great time!

Great location

Girls trip! Came down with a friend to visit with her mom and aunt, it truly had everything we needed. Great location to shopping and a great little bar up the street that had great food and wonderful atmosphere. The house was equipped with all the things you needed. And what a great view out back. The heated pool was really nice as well. One day we found out the water main had a break in the line out front , Jill the property manager was on it and had things fixed within an hour. The house was super clean and if you’re planning to rent this house look no further, you found it!

Wonderful property!!!

This property was amazing. Everything was very clean and just as the pictures show. The pool was amazing and the view was great. We grilled out, relaxed, swam and had an amazing time. The stores and restaurants all a short drive away. I will stay here again and we highly recommend this property to all.
