The property manager was excellent, he called in to ensure we'd arrived and found everything was working.The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could need for a stay/vacation.

Sister week

House was nice had some issues but host did try to get them cleared up in a timely manner. House could have been cleaner and had a smell like mothballs. Cleaning people had left pans of vinegar on cabinets that started to leak down cabinets. Host came and fixed that problem but could never find where mothball smell came from. I think they need to change cleaning people. We enjoyed the pool and the house was nice overall.

Clean, specious house.

Our stay at the property was peaceful and relaxing. We all enjoyed the pool, and the house which looks better then on the pictures. We could see beautiful sunset every evening. Close/walking distance to local supermarket was also a plus. I would recommend staying here🙂

We enjoyed the Home & had fun in the pool. We grilled on Memorial Day. Thought it was walking distance to better bar restaurants, etc. Close to property is Mc Donald’s, etc.

April vacation

Great home for our family of four (kids 2 and 10), with plenty of room for more. Boat dock was great and we were able to easily get in and out. Pool was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Amenities were more than adequate. Close to grocery and stores. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful home!

We loved staying in this beautiful home! It was spotless and had everything you could have thought of. The canal and outside area were lovely, the pool (solar heated to perfection) and hot tub were amazing! We ate outside daily. The Cape Coral area was great and had so much to do. I am a birder and the burrowing owls around town are ADORABLE! Sanibel is close as are tons of parks and reserves. I hiked every day! The Lobster Lady restaurant is the best.. we bought sushi and fresh fish to cook at home.. their Lobster bisque is so good! Publix is literally across the street. Dallas was great.. easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and made our stay so nice. Check in was a breeze and there is info books about things in the area for you to check out. Punta Gorda airport is a super easy 40 minute drive away. This was a great vacation and we would stay there again no question! Thanks so much for allowing us to relax and unwind in your little piece of paradise!

Mid winter family getaway

The property exceeds all expectations!! Beautifullly furnished and decorated house with all the amenities needed for a spectacular vacation! Heated pool and spa were an added bonus. Location was near restaurants and grocery store and retail shopping. 2 Pristine white sand beaches a hour drive from the home. Would definitely book this lovely home again!

Quick Getaway

House was nice, equipped with everything needed. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was wonderful, that’s where we spent most of our time. Pool does need a little update some tiles are broken and ended up cutting myself. Communication was great & very accommodating to our late check our request.

A Florida Oasis

At the last minute, we wanted to get away. Orlando would have been convenient considering where we live, but we decided we wanted a more quiet, relaxing weekend. We could not have selected a better home.l with that goal in mind. LOCATION- on a canal, in a quiet neighborhood with mature palms. Walking distance from Publix. Great restaurant choices for dinner were within 10 minutes. LAYOUT: split home with master on one side and two other bedrooms on other side. Three sliding glass doors, all leading to the pool. OUTDOOR SPACE: The screened lanai was spacious. Enough room under the covered area for two tables. Could have easily accommodated more than the four of us. The pool was nice with plenty of room for pool loungers. Garage had pool floats, but we brought our own. The screen had a privacy panel on the side adjacent to the neighbors pool. We heard the guests at the other house (not in an obnoxious way), but rarely saw them. EQUIPPED: there was not a kitchen appliance or tool/gadget that we needed that they didn’t have. TVs in every bedroom and the living room. The TV was on Music Choice playing spa music when we arrived (nice touch). We were hardly inside, but furniture was nice and comfortable. When I have stayed at vacation rentals in the past, access was via code and there was no need to check in at a separate facility. I initially found the thought of having to go check in somewhere to be inconvenient… but it was 1 minute away. So simple! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Amazing house for family vacation

The house is amazing for family vacation. Near of the many supermarkets, restaurants and the marina. The house is filled with light, beautifully furnished, and everything used in the house is of the best quality. Beautiful place !! My family love it. Planning to come back next year for sure. I really recommend it !!!

Amazing house for a family stay

We had a great time, the house is beautiful and clean, the host kept good communication and make sure everything was good, the only thing we didn’t like was the check in office, the man in there had no modals at all, fortunately check in process is 5 min and it has nothing to do with the owner!!! Other than that is a very quiet and beautiful neighbor, the house has a very beautiful view and the pool is amayhing couldn’t get my kids out of it!!!! Highly recommended

Good place to stay

Everything was great, but we were not able to watch TV, the owners should at least have basic cable so people can watch the news. It is good not to have internet like it was mentioned in the app, but nothing about TV was said.
