Big house plenty of room. First night upstairs AC was not working. Management team had it fixed the next day. House was clean but needs some pest control. Perfect location for great sunsets.

Awesome house!

This is a great house. Very spacious. Beds are extremely comfortable. The shaded pool areas are a huge bonus - that Florida sun gets hot. We had 9 people - myself, my wife, her sister, our kids, and 4 grandparents. Everyone was comfy and had plenty of room. A short distance from plenty of restaurants and shops. Caught some fish off the dock as well. Be sure to visit “Lobster Lady” - incredible seafood. You won’t be disappointed here!

Another Great Experience

This is the 2nd year that we have stayed at this property- and we have schedule a 3rd year for 2026 already. The accommodations are ideal for family members of all ages. The pool area is a gem- pool is sun and shade sharing throughout the day, the hot tub is easily accessible and can be maintained at a comfortable temp, and the outside seating is generous with a covered area that provides shade as needed. The interior is well laid out with plenty of living and dining space available. Groceries and Cape Coral attractions are easily accessible and convenient. We have visited Ft Myers/Cape Coral yearly since 1985- this is one of the best property values we have enjoyed over those 40 years!

Excellent house

Our family, all adults stayed. The house was exactly as described, clean, spacious and the outdoor space was perfect for a group! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Cape Coral. The house manager and owner were both very responsive to any questions.

Family Get Away

Our family loves to stay here. This was our second time. The adult children especially loved the TV and sitting area outside under the screened porch for movies at night. The bumper pool table was a nice addition this year! It got played a lot! The owners are responsive to needs, and the property is always kept up well. It was a wonderful relaxing week!

Great house for vacation

It was a lovely place for a family vacation. Enough space for 9 people to get privat room and a great pool area to stay together. Only the light in the pool area isn’t cosy enough. The fanlights are to bright. May be a fairy light will be a good idea there. Meanwhile candles are the solution. The new dock ist also calm place to sit down for sun down or sun rise and watching some jumping fishs. The house is nice furnished and all the sleeping rooms have cosy beds. Deborah and Anny are hosting us very well. Every question we asked was answered immediately. We enjoyed our Family vacation absolutely and hope to be back soon. Thanks for having us

Best of The Cape

Best of Cape Coral! As a family that has visited Cape Coral/Ft. Myers yearly since 1986 this is top of the class in rentals. The home was very well laid out with plenty of living space accompanied by 4 full baths. The outdoors provided its own living space for the all day fun by the pool for the kids and grand kids. The covered lanai and pool area offered sun or shade choices for everyone enjoying a wonderful vacation. The owner and property manger were very engaging to ensure our stay was top notch- thank you Debbie and Anni!!

We couldn't have asked for more. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, nicely supplied, and met all our expectations. The decor was very tasteful. Although we didn't use the pool, the hot tub was excellent and heated up very fast. The owners/managers communicated well and were very responsive. Highly recommended!

Nice roomy house. Very up to date. Excellent pool area. Hot tub was awesome and easy to operate. The only thing that wasn’t as shown..porch swing was no longer at pool area. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. ❤️

Wonderful stay!

We have stayed at several vacation rentals over the years. This one definitely ranks in the top. The kitchen and living room area are huge and great for groups. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub was fantastic. The homeowner checked in during the week to see if everything was ok. Perfect house for 2 families and teen kids. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood felt very safe for kids to ride bikes, go for a jog, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

Better than expected

We LOVED staying here at this spacious home. We spent 90% of our time out on the lanai and in the pool and hot tub. When we went to book this home for next year it was already taken! Bummer for us, but if you book you will not be disappointed.
