Great host, fantastic accommodations, couldn’t ask for better place! Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Close to great restaurants. Great beaches. The screened in and heated pool was so relaxing. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Check in was super easy! Clean and well equipped house with great land and pool area! Mom was in Fort Myers for eye surgery and the property was so relaxing for her and I. Love this house! Property management and maintenance were top notch!

Beautiful house on the canal!

This house looked like a model home the way it was furnished and decorated. It was very beautiful and the boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing in the canal. I would definitely stay here again if I visit this area again!!

Das Haus bietet eine tolle Unterkunft in Cape Coral. Mit drei Schlafzimmern bietet es 4 bis 6 Gästen ausreichend Platz. Zwei Badezimmer sorgen für Privatsphäre. Gerade das Elternbad und das Elternschlafzimmer sind riesig. Es gibt eigentlich 4 Bereiche, in denen man Essen kann. Die Küche ist gut mit allen ausgestattet, was man braucht.Die Klimaanlage ist leise und gut einstellbar.Der Pool ist schön und bietet mit dem Wasserfall auch mehr, als viele andere ähnliche Villen. Es gibt am Pool viele Sitzmöbel, aber nur zwei Liegen. Die Villa liegt in der Nähe des SunSplash-Waterparks und damit etwas im Nordosten von Cape Coral. Die Wege zum Fort Mayers Beach oder nach Sanibel Island sind damit etwa weiter, das sollte man wissen (ca 45 Minuten). Wer ein Boot mieten will, benötigt entsprechend einige Zeit, bis er über die vielen Kanäle das offene Meer erreicht.Läden wie Publix oder Target sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.Das Haus war bei der Übernahme in tadellosem Zustand und alles sehr sauber. Paul, der Verwalter, war immer erreichbar.Wir haben uns während unseren Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfect location to my family

We had a great time in this home. It was plenty of room for everybody including two living room spaces. One for the teenagers one for the rest of the family. The pool was a lifesaver. We will definitely come back again in the future. The turtles were a plus, that was my granddaughters favorite part

Ok property needs work

1st off they are not very quick on answering your message or getting back to you. we didn’t get the code to get in until we landed after multiple messages being sent to get it. Arrived at night so next day got to check the place out more. Place needs a lot of updating, and ceiling is still water stained from hurricane. There were dead bugs in the master bathroom Shower, and also some kind of live ant with wings looking bugs in the bathroom. The pool was heated which was nice but not very clean, the bottom is dirty looking and I think needs a good scrubbing. I was excited to sit out by the canal on the patio furniture that was pictured in the ad but when I went to check that out the furniture was completely full of black mold! Another thing I was looking forward to was waking up in the morning and sitting in the lanai in the quiet but that didn’t t happen either as the guy who cleans the pool was there so I tried the next morning well then he was there mowing the lawn! Which didnt need to be done it was not long at all, I think he was just being nosey tbh. These things should have been done before we got there. Also beds are old and not very comfy. I hate to leave a bad review but feel others should know before they book. And too boot was charged $208 for electricity for 4 days! Ridiculous Would not recommend.

Would book again

Stayed for 3 weeks and didn't want to leave! The house was clean and well equiped; eveything we needed was there. Owner, and caretaker Paul, were easy to reach and responded quickly when we did need something. The pool was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Home

We stayed at this property for a week. Very clean and spacious. Property manager Paul was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had, Not too far from Ft Myers beach. Lots of shopping available. We didn’t use the pool but it was nice. Bring bananas to feed the turtles! Would stay there again.

Family vacation

We were not satisfied with the check in. We emailed the owner the same morning because they didn’t send us any check in routine and they didn’t answer the mail. When we came to the house no one was there and they didn’t answer the phone. After a while she answer the text message and we finally got into the house. They should change some chair cushions outside because they were very old and disgusting. The house is worn out and need a little upgrade.

beautiful and clean, but a safety hazard

While the home was spotless and well appointed, we felt like the state of the home post Hurricane Ian was downplayed. The entire home was covered in blue tarp but we had no issues with water in the home. The main concern is that the pool cage is damaged and a metal pole was hanging down right in the pathway of the pool area. This is completly dangerous and a true safety hazard. Also, the person we were supposed to call, Paul, for ANYTHING that went wrong was not accurate. I called Paul. He told me that he would have nothing to do with the listing due to Hurricane Ian and that the homeowners were aware. There was no tv working in the home. I am not sure if the cable was out or not. I called Paul, he could not help. The last day, we could not get into the house because the battery lock on the front door went dead. There was glass all over the front porch from an overhead light that had fallen. Again, I can see that it is a beautiful property but the pool was dirty and not cleaned at all. Some repairs need to be made before renting it out.

IAN was our host

Following hurricane Ian temporary housing was in short supply. Even though the house suffered mild storm damage and sported a shiny new blue tarp on the roof ( it’s the current rage! Everyone has one) Cindy was able to make her home available to insurance adjusters in the area to assess damages. It’s a great place. So much living area. Perfect for families that like to spread out and make use of the many entertainment and dining areas

Greedy Host

The house was very nice, a little far from the beaches, Host was very greedy and unappreciative, Hurricane Ian was coming thru, we had no place to go, the host said leave the house we will refund the rest of your funds, I told her we couldn’t get out, it was too late. We had to add an extra day because our flight was cancelled. So, no water, no electricity, no ice and the host charged us for the extra day, @ the weekend rate, within the hour I received a bill. So we had to leave Thursday AM because the house was uninhabitable. When I asked the host for that last nights money back, because we couldn’t stay there, she told me it was too late because she offered to refund a couple of days earlier, and we didn’t take advantage of it at the time( Hurricane and no place to go) it was too late. I had offered to the host to help the caretaker put the hurricane shutters up, and did help walk the shutters around to the garage when a few were taken down( caretaker said he was too busy to take the rest down) I am a cardiac patient recently going through a 5 vessel by pass, I use a by Pap machine to breath at night, but couldn’t use it due to no electricity, so the house was closed up like sardines in a can, the ice maker didn’t work from the time we got there, no electricity, no AC, no water, uninhabitable! But the host( Cindy) said that she didn’t owe us anything because she offered a couple of days earlier and we didn’t take advantage of it. So in conclusion, if everything goes perfect you might be okay, but if there’s a problem your on your own, We would highly recommend that you don’t book with these people. I met a lot of ppl in Fl after the hurricane, all were very nice, helpful, and what can we do to help, this host obviously doesn’t spend much time in Fl.

Another amazing stay!

We come to Cindy and Rogers place every year now, we love it!!! The house has everything you need, it’s clean, spacious and so much fun! All the stores you need are close and it’s a great location. We loved feeding the turtles from the dock and they loved us!! We can’t wait to come back next summer. Check in is always easy, It’s in a quiet neighborhood and Cindy is always helpful if you have any questions. See you next summer!!
