The property was ideal for our needs, couldn't have been better. The pool was heated and adjacent to a private, quiet, wildlife rich canal to sit and enjoy. The house was well appointed, plenty of towels, cookware, amenities to make any stay easy. Communications with owner and property manager was easy and efficient, we will definitely be back.

House was great not close to a lot but got around good. Loved pool area and alligator patrols and iguana visitors. Even found burrowing owls in walk around neighborhood. No sidewalks unfortunately

Awesome place for your getaway!

The house is spacious, was very clean and well appointed! Lots of beach towels, a well stocked kitchen, awesome pool area and very comfortable beds/pillows/linens. Definitely the best kitchen at any VRBO we've ever stayed at - tons of dishes (even dishes/utensils for little kids), silverware, kitchen towels, oven mits, small appliances, etc. The washer/dryer were perfect and worked well. We spotted several turtles, iguanas and a gator in the lake out back - very cool to see so close. Only reason for the 4 rating on the check-in process was that the address listed in our check-in instructions was incorrect so we went to the wrong house 1st and about had a panic attack because we couldn't find the lockbox and there was a Water Shut Off notice attached to the front door. After a quick phone call though & a 20-ish minute drive, we got it all figured out and arrived at the correct property. Everything was smooth sailing from there! If we come back to the Cape Coral area, we will definitely want to come back to this house!

Vacation

Everything was wonderful. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable, the pool was fantastic. Enjoyed all the wildlife and the gator that we watched daily. Caught some fish. Overall we had a perfect vacation. My wife loves to cook and she had everything she needed. Look forward to coming back next year.Thank you,Victoria and James

Great house, very well equipped!

Everything was great, very spacious, very clean but the most amazing thing was how well equipped the kitchen is! We rent thru VRBO often and have never rented a place with so many dishes, glasses, silverware etc

Christmas Holiday stay

Property is incredibly stocked with dishware, cookware, every kitchen gadget you can imagine. You can easily host 8-10 people here. I've never been provided with so many towels! Plenty of space to spread out. The pool was delightful and we were able to turn up the heat which was nice since it was chilly most times of the 10 days we were there. Numerous lounge chairs so you can catch the sun at any angle. Beautiful sunrises on the lanai each morning and we for sure saw a gator in water! Other notes: We've stayed in at least 20 vrbos over the years, never have we had to go through an in person check-in. It was clearly noted in the check in notes when I looked back but I must have missed it so I was a bit surprised when a property manager showed up the next morning (very nice gentleman). He also needed to set a "checkout" appt which was inconvenient since we had to leave early so had to agree to a visit the evening before. Turned out he couldn't make it and gave us plenty of notice... I was happy to not have to keep an eye on the clock on our last evening. Be aware there is a substantial amount of new construction in the immediate area at the time of this review, one on the water in eye shot of property. Starting at 630-7am each weekday there were dirt haulers running back and forth around the block picking up & dumping (banging) dirt down at the worksite. The smell of diesel fuel sent us inside several times :( We did send message alerting management, not much they can do.

Die Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts. Der Pool wurde mehrfach gereinigt und war für uns ein besonderes Highlight. Die fast Alleinlage am Kanal mit dem unverbauten Blick auf diesen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten vom Liegestuhl aus, Alligatoren, Schildkröten, Agamen und viele Fische bewundern. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, was für uns sehr wichtig ist, da wir es lieber ruhiger mögen. - Vielen lieben Dank an unseren Ansprechpartner Florian, der sehr freundlich und kompetent und steht’s erreichbar für uns war. - Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Honeymoon stay

We stayed here for our honeymoon and despite a little construction by the canal, we had a wonderful, relaxing time! The property manager was so nice and the house and yard was very clean and nicely maintained! The pool was awesome and the TVs were huge and awesome quality! We absolutely loved it and would stay here again!

Home Away From Home

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cape Coral very much:) The 4 bedroom house was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the canal and included all the comforts of home! Check in and check out was easy and any required communication with the property manager was in a very timely manner. A "starter kit" was even provided which included a few garbage bags, dishwasher tabs and spices! Laundry detergent and spray 'n wash was on hand and the coffee maker was a basket drip type. The house was just west of hwy #41 with Publix grocery, gas stations and a golf course nearby. We rode our bikes and/or walked every day in the fairly quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely book this property again:)

Rough start but ended great

Roofers were there when we arrived, to our surprise. Property is beautiful and we enjoyed the rest of our visit. Quiet area, nice breeze off the canal and enjoyed the alligator that swam across canal twice a day. Lots of birds and turtles to watch.

Perfect place…bring fishing rods!

Everything was just as advertised. Clean and loaded with awesomeness like a heated pool! Bring a fishing rod or 3. My one thing that might deter people from staying here is it was not right on top of touristy places. But it was still a short drive to lots of things like beaches and tours. And if you want quiet and out of the rat race, then this is perfect!
