Nice house

The house is nice,lots of room and everything you could need in the kitchen plenty of towels and nice washer and dryer. The only thing I would warn people of is the beds are very low to the ground so if you have elderly people,this might not be the house for you. The house was surface clean but could use a deep clean. We also had issues with a green pool but that was taken care of after a day and a half. We would stay again. Lori was wonderful to deal with.

Thank goodness for property managers

Property manager was excellent. The owners were not. We never used the pool because the filter did not work and owner would not replace, the place showed screen pool which was not and stuff blew I'm the pool constantly, pool/ spa heater didnt work either. Air conditioner was broke had to be repaired, no TV, internet for 5 days cable guy had to rewire all the cables, dishwasher had to be replaced while we were there. Thankfully for our property manager who took care of everything except the pool situation that was owners who did not want to fix the

House was beautiful inside, however a little TLC for the property is a good idea. Furniture on the dock was rusted and sitting on cement blocks, trees and shrubs all overgrown.

Great outside and pool area

Southern exposure for pool made for awesome sunbathing and pool time. Heater for pool & spa worked well. Spa has mold on the north facing wall/sitting ledge. Late check in. We didn’t get in until 6:30 pm. Couch was flaky and pieces of leather would stick to you and fall on the floor so spent the time cleaning up. Dust bunnies in bedroom. Couldn’t get a response from property manager regarding my concerns and no refund was offered or a response given to me when I asked for a refund to compensate for the issues, late check in and leaving early due to border restrictions & COVID 19.

The linens were good and the kitchen well equipped. The lanini was comfortable and nice furniture. The beds really need attention. The box springs are on the floor and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. The pillows are flat and have a faint smell. Also, there is no chest of drawers or burea in which to put your clothes. You have to use the closet or wire shelves in the closet. The living room has only 1 sofa and ottoman. There are NO chairs in the living room, making it hard to sit in the room. We wanted to use the kayaks, but the life jackets were hard and moldy. I think the house would be okay for one week, but not any longer.

Great pool but older home than expected.

The pool and hot tub were great. The home was much older and not as clean as expected. We didn’t even use the toilet in the master bathroom much because the first time flushing it, it didn’t act right. Then the entire time we were there it had a very strong urine smell. So we just kept that door closed. There were no blankets at all in the house, only a sheet and the duvet cover, which where I am from, you never use to cover up with?? So I had to go to Target and buy a couple blankets! The check out instructions stated they wanted me to start a load of laundry so I went and bought some laundry detergent and washed, dried, folded and put away all of the towels. Generally, my experience with renting a home, I am supplied with a couple pods to start a load of towels or bedding and a couple pods for the dishwasher. There were also no trash bags in the trash cans so I went and bought trash bags for the trash cans. But all and all it was a very relaxing vacation and I felt very safe at the home. All of the neighbors were extremely friendly. I appreciated your staff coming by the first day to answer any questions. Thank you.

Beautiful home with all you need around you. There was a mix up with the initial meet and greet., however when it did happen Charlie was great. Fishing from the deck was great. The home could do with a couple of upgrades as we found it to be rather dated, however overall we would return.

Hätten für den Preis mehr erwartet

Trotz guter Betreuung vor Ort und der Bereitung von Mängeln noch am selben Tag waren wir insgesamt enttäuscht von dem Haus. Für den angesetzten Preis konnte auch der Whirlpool und das Pooldeck nicht entschädigen. Nochmals möchte ich betonen, dass die Betreuung durch die Vermieterfirma vor Ort sehr gut war, leider konnte das unseren Gesamteindruck vom Haus nicht komplett in eine andere Richtung drehen....

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Dantasy. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Allem was man braucht. Meine Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool und dem Billiardtisch. Das Geschirr und Besteck in den Schränken war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht sehr sauber und die Toilette im großem Bad könnte mal wieder einen Anstrich vertragen. Ansonsten hat uns alles super gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Koen could not have nicer to work with. The home itself was in a great location . It was definitely an older home. I had a few suggestions that i gave to Koen to make the experience a little nicer and convenient for future visitors. I would definitely work with Koen in the future.

Very nice house close to everything

Nice house loved the pool area and how everything opened up to that area Nice and quiet with no next door neighbors We weren't able to enjoy the area by the canal wii the kayaks because there was a tree in the way and we couldn't get to the water At night there were no working lights so it was too dark there The hot tub took a whil to heat up but we did enjoy that at night Very clean too and the pool table was an added bonus to use when weather was a bit too chilly for outside

Review of Villa Dantasy

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Dantasy. The house is very private and we loved the hot tub and pool! We loved sunning in the morning by the canal and then visiting different towns in the afternoon. The location is very private and the home is decorated beautifully. There were kayaks, bikes and fish poles available for use. We loved this house and would love to come back next year for a longer time!

Property needs a lot of work, maintenance, and cleaning.

We have been visiting Cape Coral for several years, and this is by far the worst property we have stayed in. To simplify, I'll just make a list of pros and cons of the house. CONS: - the gas grill is old, falling apart and does not have good heat. To make matters worse, the propane tank ran out on our second day and the replacement tank found in the garage was completely empty as well. We had to make a trip to Walgreens in the middle of cooking to purchase gas. -Because the property is not properly maintained, one of the foundations of the outdoor screen wall came loose from the ground, which allowed a snake to get into the pool which we then had to rescue. What if it has been venemous? -The towels and sheets are absolutely disgusting. Towels are falling apart and smell like mold. We had to buy our own bath towels in order to feel clean. -The washer has a humid smell, we left it open to air it out but the smell never went away. The drier left burnt/melted spots on some of our clothes. - The fridge is so old and tired. It unnecessarily ices some foods while others are left quite warm. -Villa D'ANTasy is a good name, as there are ants everywhere. We mentioned the ants on the first day, and nothing was done. We had to purchase our own insecticide in order to be able to enjoy the outside. -The water drains outside the pool DID NOT WORK! It rained a couple times and the rain flooded the patio area. The rain also accumulated in the pool, making the water level too high in the pool. - If you like to cook like we do, do not bother with this house as the kitchen is very poorly stocked. We had to purchase our own cooking knife as the knives were dull as could be and a sharpener was not available. Pots and pans and utensils were dirty and old. - The carpet was stained. We pointed it out upon arrival and management just said they were aware and shrugged it off. The floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes at all times. - Nobody met us for checkout. Thankfully the cleaning company arrived and gave us the thumbs up to leave. When we contacted the management company they told us they thought we were checking out the next day. Can't check contract for correct dates? PROS: - The pool is super nice. To recap, property looks nice and modern in photos, but in reality most of the amenities are in desperate need of an update. We could not recommend this property to anyone in good conscience. Owner should have a serious discussion with management company.

Could have been better....

Beautiful house with nice decoration , great pool and deck, however few things could have been different to make it a 5 star experience, I believe the property needs more TLC, the basketball hoop in picture is not there anymore which disappointed my two boys, ice dispenser and garbage disposal do not work, there was not a single bar of soap in any bathroom which is ok cause I usually bring my own but every single place Ive stayed had at least the small ones, the bedrooms have not a single drawer anywhere although nicely decorated, I used the gas grill the first day I got there,and my last night I wanted to grill again and ran out of gas, there was a tank in the garage but it was empty, quite frankly it was after 8 pm I didn't call anyone nevertheless it was inconvenient and running out of gas after just one use is unacceptable, last but not least there were parts of the screen enclosure with broken openings allowing bugs to come in the lanai, the screen next to one of the doors is completely loose, my small dog went through it like it was a door and we spent about 30 minutes looking for him, I recommend the house but they need to take care of a few things to make this an excellent stay.

Great Pool and Spa!

Nice, Clean, Spacious home with great access to a pool and hot tub. Used the Kayaks as well. Great location to call base camp for fishing excursions and pontoon rentals.

Good location on a canal.

Great pool and dock. Enjoyed fishing for largemouth bass and even caught a snook from the dock. The home was in nice condition but the furnishings were a bit too contemporary for our taste. Otherwise everything was up to our expectations.

Villa Fantasy ~ Everything we hoped for and more!

From the moment we walked through the front door, my wife and I along with our two adult daughters and son-in-law were very pleased and impressed with what we saw. As we walked through the home for the first time, everyone commented how it was even nicer than what we expected from the online pictures. Everything was very bright and clean and inviting. Since I enjoy grilling, I was happy to see that there was a nice big four burner grill sitting outside, right beside the kitchen door that leads to the pool and the table outside instead of the smaller grill on the deck by the dock area as the pictures showed. For me this was a big and welcome bonus as I was able take advantage of the outdoor lighting under the covered roof area since it was already dark outside by 6 PM this time of year as well I was able to stay dry while it was raining outside. It was perfect. Even though I bought some seasonings and condiments before we arrived, it was nice to see that the cleaning staff does not throw everything out when you leave and this way there were still a number of spices and cooking oil that we had use of that I didn't bring along. One of the highlights of this home was the beautiful large spa that we made extensive use of. Every evening was spent with our family enjoying sipping on drinks and relaxing in the spa that I'm sure could easily accommodate 10 - 12 people. We also liked how it was at least 4 feet deep in the middle. Our family also played many games of pool on the nice pool table and also did several excursions with the kayaks. Two of the days were spent at Barefoot Beach and Fort Myers Beach which were a 50 minute and 35 minute drive away respectively. We were all disappointed when the week came to an end and we had to leave. We would have no hesitations to stay here again if we return to Cape Coral and would very much recommend it to friends and family.
