  • Come relax in this 3bedroom, 2 bath home that has been completely renovated. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. New heated salt water pool, spa, and sun shelf. Gulf access, 4 kayaks & paddle board available for use. There are 5 bikes and plenty of fishing poles.
    Rent a boat & have it delivered to the house to leave there & head directly to Sanibel or Captiva. Manatees & dolphins are often seen right from pool! updated kitchen appliances and washer & dryer. This vacation home has a great location in the desirable SE Cape Coral, close to downtown and all the amazing restaurants. Also just a few miles from the Westin & Cape Harbor waterfront restaurants & Yacht Club beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make your home cooked meals. Enjoy the coffee bar with your coffee by the pool watching the sun rise. Pool area with outdoor kitchen, bar, 65 inch TV, fire pit. This house has everything you need to feel right at home.
    Pet friendly, 1 dog max with $200 pet fee. Must select "traveling with pet" when booking.

We absolutely loved staying at this house with our children and fur babies. The house had everything we needed and more! We would definitely stay here again, it was perfect!

I can't get over how amazing our trip was! The owners had everything you could possibly need, from the bikes and kayaks, to the little details of s'more skewers and baggies for sandwiches, the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need! Such beautiful views and the pool area was simply fabulous! We will definitely be back!!!

This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family vacation! We loved everything the house offered! The pool and the backyard were absolutely perfect, close to amazing beaches, got to use the kayaks provided, and had the best time! The house was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable and we loved how everything was provided from towel and linens to even some water when we arrived and a very kind gift! We would absolutely stay here again! We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to relax and recharge while having a ton of fun!

This home was amazing! Everything we needed to make it feel like home! The bathroom showers were amazing, the furniture very comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you’d need to make meals. Our favorites were the pool and hot tub, the outdoor kitchen, and the showers. The outdoor space is lovely with plenty of seating and pool floaties. Very clean home! I will definitely stay again!

This house was amazing! Everything about the house was just as described. Four adults stayed here. We spent the majority of the time in the back enjoying the pool, spa, and outside living area. This was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation that my wife and I have every taken. Rose was a great host, and we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Wow!!! We had a wonderful time!!!! Our favorite was the pool/ hot tub area!!!! They had everything for us! Volleyball was a hit for the kids. The hot tub and pool were truly amazing for our family. Couldn’t be in Florida without a pool. Rose was such a good communicator. Loved having our own access from our bedroom to the pool. We didn’t wanna leave! Thank you for everything!!! Truly wonderful host! Thank you!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property—it truly exceeded expectations in every way. The outdoor space alone is worth booking for. The pool was pristine and well-maintained.There were plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained, which made a huge difference and gave the adults some time to relax too. The property was exactly as described. You can tell Rose and Eric really care about the experience they provide. We’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it, especially for families traveling with kids.

Loved all the amenities… pool with toys and lights, fireplace for smores, outside grill/ bar area! Beds were amazingly comfortable. Kayaks !! Super clean. Fit our family of 7 with ease. Nice neighborhood to bike around. Would recommend and stay again sometime.

The house was clean and stocked with everything you need for your stay. The outdoor space was perfect! We loved the hot tub, pool and enjoyed watching tv in the lanai. The backyard was truly an oasis. House was close to restaurants and the beach. Host was great! We had a wonderful week, Would book here again.

We had such a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space was amazing and we spent most of our time out by the pool, kayaking in the canal, or watching the Olympics from the hot tub! Our kids were pleasantly surprised by all the games, puzzles, and coloring supplies on hand and made good use of them all! Our host was very kind and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is amazing! We have stayed at a lot of VRBO and this one was by far one of the best. It had all the amenities and was very clean. It has everything we needed from bikes, to kayaks, pool, and beach stuff. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic! The owners were so easy to communicate with. Stay here! You will not regret it!

House was very clean and was extremely well stocked. Everything you’d need for cooking, plenty of linens, and all the beach supplies. The extras made for a very relaxed and comfortable stay. Hot tub heated very quickly.
