Palm Breeze is a 2,300 sq ft single-level pool home in Cape Coral - 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 8. Swim up to the bar, soak in the heated spa, and grill dinner by the fire pit while herons work the freshwater canal at the end of the yard. There's a dock, four bikes, fishing poles and yard games, plus a bright granite kitchen that opens straight to the pool. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel are an easy drive.

Guest Access:

The whole house is yours: all four bedrooms, both full baths and the pool half bath, the kitchen, kitchenette, formal dining and living rooms, and the laundry room.



Outside, the pool, heated spa, dock, fire pit and furnished patio with BBQ grill are for your exclusive use, along with the private backyard and garden.



The garage is open to guests and holds four bikes with a pump, two fishing poles, cornhole and lawn darts. Park up to four cars in the garage and driveway.



Traveling with little ones? A high chair, pack 'n play, board games, and children's books and toys are here for you, plus beach essentials and towels.



Entry is keyless - your personal access code arrives by email about a week before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Palm Breeze is in west-central Cape Coral, a settled residential area of mature landscaping and quiet cul-de-sacs, conveniently between the busier south of the city and the newer northwest. It's an easy, low-key base with good access in every direction.

🔹 Veterans Parkway: supermarkets, restaurants and everyday shopping a few minutes away

🔹 South Cape district: bars and restaurants about 10 to 15 minutes southeast

🔹 Matlacha & Pine Island: to the west for a day on the water

🔹 Fort Myers Beach & Sanibel: about 35 to 45 minutes



Getting Around:

A car is the practical way to get around, as Cape Coral has limited public transport and long distances between neighborhoods. Parking and a garage are provided.



🔹 Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW): about 30 to 35 minutes

🔹 Veterans Parkway: connects quickly to the rest of the city and on toward Fort Myers

🔹 Fort Myers: reached by toll bridge over the Caloosahatchee River, so keep a SunPass or payment method handy

🔹 Fort Myers Beach & Sanibel: about 35 to 45 minutes each

🔹 Rideshare: generally reliable in this part of the city

🔹 Minimum age to book: 25 - tell us about your group when you request

🔹 No smoking on the property, pool area included

🔹 No pets

🔹 Rinse off before swimming, leave the pool pump alone, and message us with any pool issues

🔹 Pool and lawn service visit weekly, so you may see them in the yard

🔹 Bins out Tuesday evening for Wednesday pickup, or a $100 charge applies

🔹 Before you go: run the dishwasher, wash and dry used towels, and clean the grill, oil pan and foil, or a $50 fee applies
